Queen Anne Charmer with Views of Puget Sound!

Before booking check with host to see if a thorough cleaning and necessary repairs and maintenance issues we brought to their attention have been made. While the pictures of the property are accurate, and linens were clean, the overriding negative to our stay was the musty, damp, dank smell that couldn’t be aired out - No fans, windows that didn’t open, and ripped/ open screens. We booked based on reviews that stressed cleanliness. But we found dirty bathroom window sill and stained shower curtain, peeling paint, dirty and uninviting backyard, unusable scratched nonstick cookware, broken a/c and heating units, spiders and spiderwebs. Host was very responsive and helpful during booking process, with restaurant suggestions and itineraries, and during our stay.

Great property, location, and views. Check-in was delayed due to issues with cleaning, but overall fantastic stay at this property. Note, it does get warm inside on warm days even with the one AC unit in a bedroom. Some of the windows in the property wouldn’t open so couldn’t let in outside air to decrease stuffiness.

I would not recommend this place for families with young children. Great for a couples getaway, but definitely not with any children. Our toddler was walking and running around the apartment, and the tenant below repeatedly banged on the ceiling in response. While we understand noise can be an issue, properties that rent to families should be prepared for normal child activity. Additionally, around 9 o’clock this individual would watch very loud movies. Locations great, parking can be difficult with a large vehicle. Property management team was very responsive.

We had a lovely stay at this property in Seattle. Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Host was very accommodating and we didn’t have any issue during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with a 10-minute car ride to everything that we wanted to do in Seattle. Quiet street with very little traffic, great views of the sound.

Quiet location just outside the bustle of downtown but close enough to go back and forth to the city on a whim. Nice to have smart tv with Netflix for end of the day relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with anything needed to cook on site. Although we ate out most of the time, nice to have a fridge to stock a few snacks. Beds were comfortable and adjustable wall heaters for your comfort. Bathroom small but fine for just 2 people. No counter space, but a few drawers. Nice tile, but some peeling paint. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Laundry room nice but we didn't use. Outdoor space limited but again we didn't use. First night I think we got the very last possible spot to park and it was tight but after that we were able to park directly in front of the unit. Very tight roads with limited maneuverability. Great views of the bay from living room window. Very few cons and served our needs at an affordable price. Thank you to the attentive hosts and check ins.

Nice property with good view of the water. Short drive/walk to good Queen Anne restaurants and bars.

Such a lovely place, clean and spacious, enjoyed the view from the hillside! Communication was always prompt and clear, appreciated the accommodation of our tight schedule. Wish we could have spent longer!

Apartment was clean and well appointed. Convenient location to Queen Anne. Hosts were responsive and made everything easy.

I loved the property. It is the perfect size for one to 5 people. The kitchen had everything I needed. Living areas were comfortable. Everything was clean and taken care of. The area is safe and easily accessible to restaurants and markets in Queen Anne. It is also very close to the tourist areas and public transportation. It was easy to get in touch with the host. They responded quickly even late in the evening. They were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful home in a calm neighborhood! Super close to climate pledge (6 min Uber). Clean, spacious, huge windows were definitely a plus!

Very great place if you're looking for a quiet tucked away stay in Seattle! Definitely not the spot for parties or large groups, but it worked perfectly fine for me and my two friends visiting for the long weekend! Very beautiful views from the living room window and the apartment itself and property is stunning!

We just had family move to Seattle and will be visiting fairly often. Would definitely go back to this place! Located super close to a Whole Foods and some really cute shops/coffee shops. Really enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and I enjoyed this upper level charming home with great views of the sunset over Puget Sound. Every room is exactly as shown in photos and provides everything you need. The washer/dryer and other amenities were very convenient. Very much appreciated super fast responses from host for questions we had before booking & after arrival. Quiet neighborhood and location to Queen Anne Ave & Kerry Park was perfect with a short Uber ride. We'll definitely keep this one at top of the list for next time!

A convenient location- close enough to lots of restaurants, shopping, and more, but far enough away from downtown that it wasn’t crazy busy. Clean and accurate to the pictures in the listing. The host was very helpful and replied quickly if we had any questions. A nice place to come back to after exploring the city during the day!
