Property was just as described. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Will definitely be booking here again.

Overall this was a really nice place to stay while in the area. The inside of the condo was nicely decorated, comfortable, very quiet and had all amenities needed for a weekend stay. The only issue with the interior was a Glade plugin used for smell which my daughter loved but I am sensitive to perfumes due to allergies. Easily resolved as I placed it outside for the duration of our stay. The code to enter the condo was incorrect which resulted in us having to contact the property owner to which they replied and resolved the issue. The property is older and could use some updates but overall this was a really nice place to stay and we would stay again.

The is a great place to stay. Was very clean and the decor matched exactly as shown. I will definitely recommend and will be staying here in the future. I give this place 5 ⭐️ Stars!!!

It was as described, quaint and clean. A bit of a glitch checking in but owner was responsive. Bring your own soap and shampoo for bath. Would stay again.

I don’t know how this property has such a good rating at it was incredibly dirty. I am familiar with the area as I grew up right around the corner. I knew the place wouldn’t be super fancy but I at least expected it to be clean. They didn’t even vacuum the carpet. Upon further inspection we found dirt in the bathtub and stains on the furniture, carpet, and blankets. We coughed all night and in the morning checked the air filters. They were disgusting. The last straw was the spider egg sack on the hand towels. I almost used it on my face! When alerted to the problems the host did not care at all. They stated there was nothing they could do about the stains and were “sorry” it was dirty. They did not offer to have someone come clean. When we stated we wanted a refund the host ghosted us for almost 24 hours after getting us to leave the property because he “wanted to see it for himself”. Thankfully I documented everything, went above his head to VRBO and they refunded us the entire trip. We were extremely disappointed!!

I would definitely go back and stay at this property again! It felt like home, very relaxing!!

Absolutely perfect in every way. We pulled up to our parking spot directly in front of the property which made unpacking a breeze. In front there’s an outdoor sitting area (with shade) Both the screen door & front door have a coded entry which made me feel extra safe. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted with a real nice clean scent that wasn’t too overwhelming, but also noticeably pleasant. The living room was also beautifully decorated w/ a nice large couch, coffee table, ceiling fan, & a side table. The kitchen had a nice compact kitchen table with stools that slid underneath the table. The kitchen was small, but large enough to have two or three adults in it. Beautifully decorated w/ everything you would need to cook a big or small meal. There were even spices neatly organized & labeled. The bedroom is a really good size with a beautiful headboard, nice full length mirror & behind barn doors was a decent size closet that had a stackable washer & dryer. The bathroom was a bit small but again still big enough to fit an adult comfortably. The shower was a really good size & amazing water pressure. One thing the listing didn’t mention, that was such a bonus, was the quiet neighborhood. We live in the country & we’re accustomed to quiet nights so we felt like we were home. I can’t recommend this place enough. Did I mention how responsive the host was? Will stay here again when in Reno!

We were quite happy with the unit and found it quite spacious for 400sf. The layout took full advantage of the space and the high ceiling makes the small area feel larger than it really is. It is also decorated in a warm and charming fashion. Only 2 things needed improvement, we were never able to get WiFi, the password listed didn’t work and we tried it with multiple devices. The second was that we couldn’t figure out how to get the shower to work. We travel a lot and have never seen a spout pull like this so a little instruction in the bathroom would have been helpful. I like a bath but my husband wasn’t happy about it. We figured it out the second day

We were in Sparks for the weekend - we enjoyed our stay at this home. it was well stocked and closed to everything we needed. It was perfect for two people.

Was a bit on the small side but for just me it was perfect. Clean and well stocked.

My husband and I just needed a place to stay that wasn't too far from airport and this fit the bill. Nicely furnished and cute.

We stayed here for our anniversary and to enjoy a Shinedown concert. The property is exactly as the listing describes. The owners were easy to reach when I couldn’t figure out where I was supposed to park. Very cute, very clean.

My 15-year-old daughter and I came to the Sparks area to participate in a soccer camp for my daughter. The camp was Monday through Friday. After a very hot and long day at camp, we looked forward to finding this VRBO listing to stay and relax. We drove over to the rental to find a sketchy neighborhood, junk in people's yards, broken down cars, and unkept properties. I was already beginning to feel uneasy. We arrived at the property Quaint in Sparks to find an unkept front entry full of dead leaves, dirt and debris. It looked as if no one had been there in months. The outer door was like a prison gate and once we got the inner door open there was dirt and debris on the floors. The rugs were dirty, and it felt as if we had entered a very uncomfortable space. The decorations were the same as the pictures online, yet it was only to mask an unclean space. I felt immediately discouraged and wanted only to leave. I ended up having to find a hotel for us to stay in. I messaged the host and was dismissed for my concerns about the neighborhood and cleanliness. He simply stated he was sorry for my concerns, but he felt everything was clean and safe for our stay. It was not the case! For us to stay the week in a new hotel we would have needed to pay over 1000.00 dollars, we just couldn't afford that and ended up going home and missing the camp. To top it off he was unwilling to refund me. This rental is lipstick on a pig!
