The view was incredible! Plus out the door and steps to the beach. Check in was simple kitchen was well stocked with appliances dishes etc. as well as having beach chairs and umbrella available for use. Bathroom was clean and had a nice big shower. The balcony had a perfect view of the beach and sunsets with a nice table and chairs.

Doesn't get any better than having a place within 50 yards of the Gulf beaches! Easy instructions to get in condo upon arriving. Condo very clean. Great view of the Gulf and sunsets from our deck! Easy check out upon ending our condo reservation. Only bad thing was the door handle was sticking, but that was easily taken care of.

Amenities and bathroom floor very slippery had to buy a bath mat

Beautiful on the beach location. Better than pictured with easy peasy check in.We arrived after dark, so a really good clue for location is the gravel parking lot. Really just a hint for anyone who arrives after dark.Enjoyed our stay very much.

It was great except didn’t have beach access until our last day. Loved the location. The view from the balcony was perfect. Condo had everything we needed. Only thing I would suggest is a bath mat. The water would get on the floor when you shower. Tried to keep the curtain closed all the way but it still leaked out and floor gets pretty wet when you shower. Had an enjoyable/relaxing stay.

We love staying in this building when we visit Indian rocks - so easy to walk to multiple restaurants and the balcony view of the ocean is amazing

Condo very clean, had everything we needed. Bed was comfy- son says sofa bed really comfy! Location is great! Easy walk to several restaurants and convenience store- anything else is within a few miles. The beach is fabulous, the view from balcony is beautiful! It is not a private balcony, but was not N issue. It’s kinda weird that the front door opens to bedroom- again, not an issue. The only negative is the extremely loud hvac unit. Don’t know how that could be helped- the stay was wonderful overall!

Such a beautiful view of the ocean right outside your room window. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and the room was nice and very short walk to the beach and even seen dolphins in the water from the balcony view.

Ocean front view was beautiful wlth easy access to the beach. There were a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Akward location of bedroom at main entrance of condo. Would have been nice to have laundering facilities. Overall, the condo was very comfortable and our stay was very enjoyable.

Amazing view, amazing location! We really enjoyed this place! Loved being able to walk to several restaurants. The beach is right there which was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again. We did use one of the free ticket offers which I thought was very cool!

This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint. The view alone is spectacular and we love the nearby restaurants. Will definitely be back.

We really loved the condo and utilized the deck to the view the beach whenever possible. Easy access to the beach, walk out the door and you're there! The kitchen has all the amenities needed and the bed was comfortable. Crabby's is located right across the street, which was very convenient and they have good food. Because it is near the causeway there can be some traffic build up at certain times, but the beach views and access make that a minor inconvenience. We will definitely stay there again.

Unit #6 and outside area could have been cleaner and in better repair, but we very much enjoyed our stay overall. There is no washer / dryer unit but the beach access was a definite plus!

Porch and sliding glass door& window with beach/ocean view was wonderful. Could enjoy the view rain or shine. Walkable to best places to eat Guilty Sea, Slyce and Kooky Coconut (stay clear of Crabby Bills. Air conditioning unit on roof quite loud. Kept me awake first night. Nice beach chairs umbrella.

Close to everything that you need

This condo really was in a perfect location for the beach and restaurants and also right across the street from an ice cream shop and bakery. We will be going back!
