Quaint Complex! Beachfront Condo w/ Huge Deck, 2 Parking Spots, FREE Activities! ~ Cypress-n-Sun B-2

Overall, this was a clean and beautiful condo. The reason why it was not a higher rating was because we were not told about the very intrusive Construction next-door that went on six of our seven days. The condo is clean and lovely except it desperately needs a new refrigerator. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I would go back as soon as the construction is finished.

Was one of the best properties we have rented in Florida. We loved sitting on the deck morning, afternoon and evening. Weather could have been a little better - but we just picked the wrong week! The condo was well equipped with games, puzzles and books for those not so nice days, and chairs for the beach on the nice days. All of the furnishings were very comfortable.

Well stocked kitchen. It was very clean. Bathrooms were updated. Beautiful views of the Gulf from our deck.

Nice house, but it was disingenuous to say “construction nearby” since it is in fact next door.

Amazing views and fun for the whole family, including teenagers. Dock fishing and ocean fishing were phenomenal. We enjoyed our stay for the week. Great way to start our New Year.

Overall we had a lovely stay. The beach views were gorgeous and the condo itself was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The only downside and complaint I have is the construction noise Nextdoor is very intrusive.They began working every day before 8am and worked until 5pm. Sleeping in was out of the question and the noise made it difficult to enjoy the beautiful, expansive deck at times. Aside from that, we had a nice time.

we have returned to this property going on maybe four or five times now. It’s our favorite place to visit and reset from such a busy life. We intend on coming back every year because of the great price, the value, and the area. It’s a cute little coastal town that is quiet but also has a ton to offer. It’s very family friendly and it’s the freaking beach. This property especially is perfect because I can sit on the back patio and just enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and the sounds of the waves all day. It’s literally my husband and I’s favorite place to be. Its location offers nearby opportunities like Clearwater Beach or St. Petersburg or even just a little further, Disney World, just a couple hours away, all close by to drive to or a beach to stay at all week. It’s perfect.

Place was very nice to stay at. The 2 flights of steps were a killer, especially when my husband has walking issues. Would have been nice if I was told that. But over all it was nice. Weather could have been better but no fault of yours. Thank you, Pam Pishney

It was an excellent stay, and the weather was great for enjoying the beach. We really liked the privacy we had. We had a wonderful time!

This place is the perfect family home!

This was our second stay at this complex. Condo is spacious and clean. Love the close beach access!

This our third stay at this location, but the outside of the condo was under construction which was not great. There also is another condo being built next door so it was very loud all week. The inside of the condo had a fish odor. Not sure if this is from someone cooking fish or if it is from construction. There are a few minor things that need repaired in the condo. They have put in new bedroom furniture in two of the bedrooms which was nice. After previous stays here, I gave this location five stars, but this time I am giving it four stars because of the issues we had this time.

I can't even begin to find the right words to best describe our experience at this place for our one-week stay/vacation. The place is simply phenomenal! All the space you could want with mesmerizing view of the beach. This unit is at the 3rd (top) floor of this building, though there's only stairs to get up there, though I always welcome a good exercise. Not sure how old this place/building is, but this unit does seem to be very well maintained. Cleanliness was top-notch. All the appliances you could want/need are right there, available for you. It would seem like this unit might have been recently renovated, and the interior decor was, for lack of a better word(s), VERY beautiful! Great job on that. All silverware and linen are readily available. There's even a giant hammock at the balcony, which I thought was a really nice touch. There is an accessible private beach for your convenience, gated of course, just a few mere steps from this unit. There is ample storage space adjacent to the parking garage. I believe I may have seen on the post that you get ONE car space in there (I may be wrong), but there's actually two. Cypress-N-Sun is perfectly located between the Gulf and the canal on the other side. I guess, if anyone wants to come in style with their boat/yacht, you DO have a place where you can park it from the canal side, and that belongs to Cypress-N-Sun, from my understanding. Big shoutout to Dan Papa & Diane for their patience and kindness answering all of my typical tourist questions I had. I would most definitely come back to this place in the near future. Returned to this condo after 13 years, a few changes, the beach still beautiful, a little different since the hurricanes.Condo was nice, interior probably could use some updates, exterior was under renovation while staying there.. construction workers everywhere… may have been nice for a quick note to us saying there will be construction next too and the condo your staying in..Wasn’t bad, we understand the rebuilding process after hurricane devistation.Overall, wonderful trip, weather was beautiful, great food in the surrounding restaurants.Will be back in the future!

We stayed two weeks and enjoyed every day! Fair warning, 28 steps to get up to unit - but the climb is so worth it!! The deck is large and covered and literally overlooks the whole beach. The views from sun up to sun down are beautiful. The beach is RIGHT THERE and it’s lovely and uncrowded and peaceful. We surf fished and swam every day and had so much fun. Saw dolphins and manatees on several occasions. It’s also a great beach to walk in either direction anytime of the day. The condo was roomy and comfortably furnished. Nice covered, reserved parking spots below unit. One of the nicest beach vacations we’ve had. Would definitely stay again.

Super clean with great Gulf decorations in every room. Parking was very good right at the bottom of our stairs. The deck provided an awesome view of the Gulf with lots of seating and a hammock! Two sets of 3 pane sliding doors that open very wide to let the sea breeze blow in. Bedding, bathrooms, and showers were very nice - great water pressure! Best beach location in the area as it is not too crowded.

Stayed here a few years back. Love the location. A bit noisy with building going on next door but all in all a great stay.

Great place to stay with the perfect ocean view and amazing sunsets! Loved the walks along the beach and enjoyed that it wasn't overly packed. Condo was equipped with everything we needed.

We have rated Cypress-n-Sun B 2 in IRB as terrible for several reasons.1.Cockroaches. We fully appreciate that FL is a semi-tropical environment. We have been staying in a variety of residences on the Gulf Coast for six weeks a year for 20 years.We have never seen one. Until now. One large and two smaller.The property management’s corporation’s view is that this is normal. We were horrified.2.Construction Noise. This place advertises as ‘quiet’. But it is right next door to a construction site.The first day, driving pilons into the ground with a large hammer on a crane.Bang, bang, bang. All day. Very loud. The entire building shakes.We felt forced to evacuate the premises to salvage our vacation.Check it out for yourself, they are just starting; GSA Contracting Inc. 16gulf.com. 3.Construction Workers. Staring at and ogling my wife as she went up and down the external stairs.Not a pleasant situation.

My favorite benefit to staying here is the peaceful location. It feels secluded but it isn’t. There are plenty of restaurants close by, but the condo is very well stocked if you chose to cook and stay in.We have stayed here multiple times and we always love it

Cypress-n-Sun condo at Indian Rock Beach is a wonderful getaway for those seeking a tranquil Gulf Coast retreat. Its beachfront deck offers uninterrupted views of spectacular sunsets over the water. Seabirds frequent the shore, and playful dolphins occasionally grace the horizon, adding a sense of coastal magic. It has a spacious living area, cozy bedrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen for easy home cooking. Can't recommend high enough!

Loved everything about this place! Location. Balcony. Space. The view. The cleanliness. Easy to get around. There were 5 adults for half the trip and we were quite comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Overall we had an amazing stay! Property was what was on the website. Could use some minor updated( rust on fridge, deep cleaning like behind night stands and under bed), but overall was great! Would definitely recommend! Dolphins played each morning right in front of us, beach was not busy, water was warm! Amazing location!!

Our one week stay began with Tropical Storm Debby making an approach to the area. Though not a direct hit, there was heavy rain and lots of wind not just all day Sunday and Monday, but lingering through the whole week. Sunday and Monday were a bust for swimming in the ocean. Lots of surfers. Good: The unit was a good size for our group. The balcony is huge and has what could very well be the best view in the entire Gulf of Mexico. Listening to the waves and having a front-row seat for the nightly sunset spectacles was just awesome. Having the beach right there made it super convenient to enjoy the water whenever we wanted. The A/C worked well even though the unit looked very weathered due to the proximity to the ocean and sea salt air. Needs improvement: there should a better checklist for something at this price point. The coffee maker was cracked and there was also a hole in the wall near one of the sliding doors that made noise during the tropical storm and the air pressure being squeezed through the hole. We stuffed some wipes into the hole to stop the noise temporarily. Management did respond quickly to both of those issues, but one would hope to not have to deal with such things at all. Also the ice maker in the freezer did not work. We did use the ice trays to make ice and we lived with it, but again, small, simple things like that should happen at all. We did not tell management about the ice maker because after two issues, we just wanted to enjoy our time.

The property is in a wonderful location as far as having access to the beach and local restaurants. We come to Indian Rocks

We had a wonderful stay at Cypress-N-Sun. The unit is clean and efficient with big patio doors to a fantastic balcony and amazing views of the gulf. Indian Rocks is our kind of beach town- low key with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby Apparently the water heater sprung a leak the day of our arrival but they notified us and had it replaced that day, so no inconvenience to us- efficient management for sure. We would gladly stay here again!
