Just wanted to say a big thank you for letting us stay at your condo in Santa Rosa Beach! My family and I had an amazing time. The place was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect home base for a great few days away. The beach was so close (walking distance less than five mins).We originally picked your condo because of all the great reviews on VRBO, and now we totally see why. First off, our host Allen was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive, easy to work with, and provided helpful information regarding Gulf Place and local restaurants, amentities, etc. in the Santa Rosa Beach area.Gulf Place AMAZING. Pool just steps away from our condo, shopping, and restaurants all at the complex so you really could stay here all weekend. Florida's beautiful white beaches were an easy 5-minute walk from our condo. Publix nearby to grab groceries and Heirloom donuts is a must if you are staying at this location.Could not recommend this host/condo enough. We will definitely be back to stay!!

Perfect for our family of 6

My daughter and I stayed for my granddaughter’s graduation. It was just what we wanted. Close to the beach, clean, close to great dining, and a pool for my youngest grand daughter to enjoy! Thank you so much for making this so easy’

Perfect location

Everything was comfortable & very clean. We weren’t on the main highway so traffic wasn’t a concern. Beach access was just a short walk across the street. Pools were clean & well maintained. Due to beach front new builds there isn’t an ocean view. Great place to stay. I will definitely stay again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was spacious and clean. Communication with owner was very easy, and he was very responsive. We loved the second floor because we could take the stairs easily. We love this area because we can leave our car parked and walk/bike to restaurants and beach.

We have stayed in gulf place for 9 years now. This was our favorite rental we have stayed at. Very clean and updated. We have three kids and we all had plenty of room.

For our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 kids), this property worked out perfect for us. We could have had another stay with us as well and there would have been plenty of room. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking accessories and drink ware needed. We had a nice view off our balcony as well of one of the ponds, 30A, and it was just steps away to the pool. We loved the private access points to the beach for Gulf Place. It was super convenient to just walk across the road and be on the beach in minutes. The shops and restaurants around the community were all walking distance as well. It was also a short drive to Grayson Beach and Seaside if you wanted to check out other areas and shops. There was some construction on the stairs happening during our stay but that was not within anyones control and it did not bother us. I would say that if you are not familiar with the beach rules, be sure to check into it first or contact 30Ashade beach service. For example, no canopies allowed in the beach stretch by Gulf Place. We rented chairs and umbrellas through them. You can bring your own as well but It was super convenient walking down and having your chairs and umbrella already set up for you but it can add up quick if you are doing it for multiple days. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, great property, and we are already looking at going back next year!

This condo was perfect for our family and friends. The king bed/master bed and bath were a great size. The guest room and bath were great. Beds were comfortable. The bunk beds were great for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice having the keurig. I loved the large balcony and having the washer and dryer in the condo. And the owner was very courteous.
