Purple Moon #2 - Beautiful Beachfront home with private access to the beach

This property, although a bit small, was clean, had a great kitchen, a beautiful deck, amazing views, and right on the water. The beaches are more private so not nearly as busy as others. It was the perfect getaway for my family. We will definitely be back.💛

Went to be able to watch the King tides. Had front row seating to waves crashing against the embankment in front of the house. It was a wonderful stay a very cozy little house. The staircase is very narrow going up to the bedrooms, but other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Very clean! Lovely updates! Well maintained property. Spectacular ocean views from new deck, and huge interior windows. Super easy beach access. Comfortable. Nice warm fireplace. Stars/planets treatment on bedroom ceilings was very special. Fall asleep to ocean waves, so soothing. Everything you need is provided. We'll be coming back for a longer stay.

Great beach house!! Compact, but with all the essentials. The view to the water was unparalleled, and we could walk on the beach by going down a flight of stairs. The fireplace warmed the living area adequately, and no other heat was needed. Can’t wait to come back!

We had 5 people and a dog with us and the property was spacious enough for all to feel comfortable. The two bathrooms were very convenient although I could have used some instruction on how to turn on the shower portion of the upstairs bathroom. We had a great time and truly appreciate the experience.

This house was very xharming. The deck was AWESOME and the beach access was fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful stay! This place was absolutely worth every penny. The ocean views were amazing and the fireplace made the space feel extra cozy and relaxing. It was very quiet and peaceful—you can hear the ocean the entire time, which made the experience even more special.The location is excellent and within easy walking distance to the store, casino, and several restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained.I truly loved staying here and would happily return. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay!

Very cute and cozy place. Loved the stars on the ceilings upstairs! Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Would be great to have a binder about working the heat and tv though. ( we figured it out ). Also, the timing on the dishwasher as we had to leave and couldn’t put away the dishes since the dishwasher wasn’t finished in time. Great location and lived our stay! :) Will visit again

We had a great stay. The host communicated great with us. The place was clean and we absolutely loved that we’re were right on the beach. Definitely highly recommend!

Amazing stay. Beautiful weather with a great view of the ocean and beach. Had everything we needed for a perfect night.

Super stay. Easy check in and great location. Rated 4 stars only because the coffee pot and cutting board were still dirty and in the dishwasher. Our only other item may not be an issue for others but we found the beds too soft.

We needed more silverware. There were only 3 dinner forks and 3 salad forks

It was a beautiful place right on the beach and so nice to relax in the view is amazing i will be staying here again many times over

3.5 was the average for 4 people. Location and communication were excellent. You can tell that the owners are working to refresh the space but a little more love is needed to get it up to a 4 to 5 star rating...the arm chairs to enjoy the amazing view are worn out as are toilt seats and other small things. Beds are cozy if you like them soft. If you are ok with an imperfect space in a beautiful place, this will fill the bill.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Purple Moon 2 in Lincoln City, OR. The place was the right size for the 4 of us. The location - WOW!!!! Just down the steps in the yard to the beach. The property was functional, but the upstairs bathroom needed some tweaks- like a knob that turned and latched, and handicap bars- the tub is DEEP. The kitchen lacked some basic utensils, and I expected (maybe wrongfully?) that there would be basic food stuffs: salt/pepper, some spices and herbs. We would definitely stay there again, and now knowing what to expect, we’d plan accordingly. Overall, a great stay!!

Thai was a wonderful place to stay right on the beach. We lacked for nothing and is extremely close to casino, store and other shopping.

This was the perfect location for a Girls' Weekend. There were three of us and the 2 bedrooms upstairs plus the sofa bed downstairs was exactly what worked for us. The view of the ocean from the living room was (plus the deck) what's perfect! Lots of amenities and everything we needed to make this a perfect weekend get together! It was also close to every place we wanted to go in Lincoln City. I highly recommend it!

Great location; right on the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better stay (other than to stay a couple of more days).

you cannot get closer to the beach without camping on it, a beautiful view and easy access. The house has been recently refurbished and looks really good. Only down side is it is listed as having cable / satellite TV, there was no TV channels and nothing hooked up to it except for a CD player. I like to watch the news with my coffee in the morning and watch something in the evening before bed, A little disappointing. you could not ask for a better spot on the beach though and we got over it, Our dogs had a blast and we would stay again but would hope owner would at least hook up an antena for a local channel.

Property was not overly comfortable. Could use new chairs in the front room - couch was great. Kitchen had lots of stuff, but not to useful. no broiler pan no smaller bowls other than cereal bowls. skillets in poor shape - never had bacon stick before -m just needs some update. Oh coffee maker was a joke!

Anybody can stay at a typical hotel but why not enjoy some whimsy. All of the purple moon decor was charming and fun. You can’t beat the beach access! Down the deck steps into the sand.

Really right on the beach. Walk down the porch stairs and you there.Being right on the beach, you can imagine the sand that tents to stick to feet and yet the floor was so clean when we arrived. We didn’t go out to eat- cooking in was easy with supplies.

Great views!! Was clean and comfortable. Hot water was out first day but we called they had it fixed by morning. We are ready to return wanted to stay longer.

A very nice older unit. Directly on the beach. The location can’t be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property has the charm of a traditional beach house on the Oregon coast with modern conveniences. Clean and charming, cozy and warm. Unbelievable views of the ocean with full access to the beach and close to local amenities. Better than anticipated and worth every penny for the experience.

Clean unit, found out there was no tv!!! After back n forth with owner, he says they have a disney subscription!!! We are in our 60,s. Bathrooms are tiny. My knees were 1/2 inch from wall. I am 5-5. Husband 6-4. He couldnt fit. Hit his head head

We had such a lovely stay at this cozy cottage! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated right in front of the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away made the trip extra special for our family.The property manager’s instructions to access the home were super clear, and everything went smoothly from the moment we arrived. At no point during our stay did we need to reach back out, which made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free.One small detail I really appreciated was the broom—it made it easy to sweep away any sand we tracked in from the beach. For a cottage, having two bathrooms was such a pleasant surprise and made things so much more convenient for our family. The kitchen was fully functional, and while everything we needed was there, the only thing I found myself wishing for was a pair of kitchen scissors.Overall, it was such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our family had a fantastic time, and we’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

There was a load of dirty towels in the downstairs bathroom that was left from the previous people. I'm sure it was clean but it just didn't feel as clean after I found the towels

The view is one of the best. It could use some updating throughout the house The locks are a little wonky If you stay always have the key at hand
