The condo was scrupulously clean, well furnished, comfortable and most of all, QUIET! We couldn't believe we were in such a well populated neighborhood and never heard a sound.

Excellent location, wonderful accommodations, quiet, private, and peaceful. Super communication and exceptional use of technology. Will definitely be return customer. So much value and far nicer than traditional hotel accommodations.

We had a great stay! Views were amazing and the home has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Ron made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The area was quiet and peaceful, and the area felt safe and secure. I plan to book here in the future. Overall great stay!

Halfway between Old Town and the North End, this is an ideal location if you appreciate old homes, access to cool restaurants, medical facilities or the University of Puget Sound. Our family spent a long, graduation weekend, starting each day with coffee on the balcony. The neighborhood is an old, safe, established area, what we really liked.Communications with the owner was easy with quick responses, something to be appreciated when renting someone’s property. Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice property, ideally situated a short walking distance from downtown Tacoma, Proctor, and old Tacoma. Also a very short drive to Ruston or Point Defiance. Everything in the unit was clean and as advertised. Having two bedrooms and baths was great as our adult daughter stayed with us for part of the time we were visiting. We highly recommend this property!

This is an amazing option for a place to stay in Tacoma. Great area close to so much, but on a quiet street. There's plenty of space and it had everything we needed. The host is very communicative and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Awesome location and exactly like description. Quiet neighborhood so close to many great spots in north Tacoma. We stayed with my 8 and 10 year old and it was perfect. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a 5 day stay.

I visit every 2 years and I like the comfort and location of these condo's. I will most likely rent another unit although each are basically identical in layout & decoration. I would recommend.

Nice quiet area,yet close to hospital, restaurants and waterfront. We enjoyed the relaxation, after busy days visiting family.

The condo we rented was just as described in the listing. It was clean and well-stocked. The balcony has an excellent view of Puget Sound. The location is in a residential area and within in walking distance of restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

My parents stayed here for a family this week. Venue was perfect, as it was minutes from our N. End residence, the waterfront, and downtown. Place was quiet, furniture comfortable and tastefully decorated. 10/10. Would stay again.
