Great condo. Great location. 1 master bedroom with living room/dining room kitchen. Sleeps 6 w/ pull out couches/trumbel bed. Resort is not to big not to small! Great ocean front pool. Watch the wales from your chair! Great beach. Restaurants and bars everywhere! Take cab, bus or boat downtown right from your door. Ask for marina view room for relaxing view of the boat traffic. Room has kitchen. Dining room. Living room. With 4 pull out beds on couches. Nice patio to sit outside and enjoy the view. Master bedroom has bathroom right off of it and bathroom has another door that serves the living space. All the things a great hotel should have this one has ! You won't be disappointed. Note. You can only book in 7 day increments. So if you need 10 days. You must book 14. Arrival is thurs -mon.

When we viewed the VRBO listing, it was for a one bedroom unit with full kitchen. Prior to committing and paying, we sent an email to the owner asking to confirm the availability and price. We received a return email confirming the availability and price. We then paid for the unit and then bought non-refundable air tickets. The next day the owner sent us an email telling us that the unit was not available and we were switched to a studio unit, with no kitchen. After numerous email exchanges the owner offered a refund of about 20%. Since we had bought non refundable air tickets we had no choice but to proceed. The studio unit is actually a 10' by 15' hotel room with two beds, one small table and one chair. This is hardly the unit we expected. Even with the discount the value is poor. Beware of this lister. He does not control the unit and you may not get what you contract for. He is either a third-party reseller or has a time-share and is trying to sell excess weeks. The actual resort is fine. The pools are nice. This is predominantly an adult resort. There were only a few families with smaller children. Wifi is only available in the lobby.

Have been to this location for over 25 years and love it as it is a low maintenance place with good reasonable priced meals and small family setting that is very safe if you have teens and children.
