Check in was a breeze. Our place was immaculate. Location very close to town, and the hot tub and view was just beautiful. Parking was great. My grandkids loved the hot tub but also liked the indoor pool. It is 5 ft deep which was nice, plus it had another hot tub along with the pool.

We have stayed at this property before and love iit there. Nice beach access. For other guests you should know that the coffee maker and toaster didn’t work welll. And the fry pans should be replaced as they are no longer non stick. Looking Forward to another visit.

The views from this condo was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean and organized. The beach is only maybe a 2 minute walk away and was very clean in comparison to the other beach to the south. If in town we will book again!

Just as advertised, right above the beach with excellent views and wonderful amenities.Our first trip to the Oregon coast and we'll definitely be back.

The property was all that was expected and more. The views were awesome, the property clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was center to all in Lincoln City.

It rained all weekend, but we definitely enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace and couch and shares were very comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. I've lost track of the number of times i've stayed in the different unitd but it's always beenexcellent.

Had a lovely two days in your condo. Nice views of the ocean and beautiful condo. The sun shined during our stay which was delightful considering it is February. Made our trip perfect! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked.

Loved being on the beach watching the waves the star's at night and just being comfortable, couldn't have been better.

We loved staying here! This was our first time here. We were going on a romantic weekend and were looking for a place with a nice view of the beach. This one checked all our boxes: great view, nearby beach access, kitchen with LOTS of dinnerware and cookware, comfortable bed, and of course the hot tub. The hot tub is spacious and comfortable, and it's a great place to watch the sun set over the waves.

We really enjoyed this property. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware.The view was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice. Master bed was extremely comfortable. Suggest a taller toilet in one bathroom to accommodate elderly or taller people.

We were happy with our stay. If I have to think of one thing that could be better, it would be if they get a new mattress in the guest bedroom. However, I would be happy to stay there again in the future.

The property was clean and well appointed, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The full 180 degree ocean view was awesome, having the parking below with elevator access was great since we're getting older. My only suggestions would be more towels per bathroom and another large frying pan would have been great. But the stay was amazing.

my friend and I absolutely loved staying in this rental! It was very cozy, clean, and had an amazing view of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and leaving the door and windows open to feel and smell the ocean breeze as we hung out inside. Close access to the beach to walk down by the water and also close to coffee shops and grocery store. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, clear instructions, easy to get into hot tub, and lots of kitchen supplies. Suggestions: baggies in the kitchen; another comfortable chair and some throws in the front room; more shampoo, conditioner, body wash (instead of soap), and more towels. Would be nice to have grab bars in bathrooms.
