Beautifully decorated condo. Beds were comfortable. Space was great. There is a mildew smell that came and went (just in case you are allergic to mold). I've let management know. The toilets are super low so bring a riser if needed. Otherwise this was a great space. Would stay here again.

Second time we have stayed in this unit and love it! Had a small issue with the main toilet and getting ahold of someone was difficult. We called all numbers left in the notebook and called again the next morning. Finally got ahold of someone and the toilet was fixed in a timely manner.

What a lovely place! We really didn’t want to leave. Centrally located in Lincoln City, easy to find, comfortable and clean. Hot tub on balcony, and the condo pool and hot tub easily accessible as well. Well appointed kitchen. Beautiful view of the ocean! Will rebook if we can.

Love this property! This was our second year and it's still as fabulous as before. Great location, fantastic parking, unit was well equipped, and the oceanfront view can't be beat. Located next to what I consider the best beach location with nice clean sand and clear water.

Good, but the table lamp in the living room did not work and door to the deck stuck and was hard to open, otherwise it was excellent!

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. Just as in pictures. Amazing ocean view and we loved having a hot tub on the balcony! Even though we were there in July, the temperatures were in low 60s, so having a hot tub was just perfect to sit in staring at the ocean. 5 of us stayed there, and the Murphy bed was a nice addition. The kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked most of our meals there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope to go back some time in the future.

Amazing views alittle cold but made good memories

The view from the condo is beautiful. Short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The condo was nicely furnished and convenient to downtown Lincoln City. The ocean view from the living room windows was gorgeous. Unfortunately, it was not very clean. The dishwasher was smelly and moldy inside and the bathroom floors were in desperate need of a deep cleaning. On a positive note, the kitchen was well stocked and the cookware was excellent quality.

Great View! Nice condo, dishwasher needed some attention, dishwasher filter was very dirty!

The condo was awesome! Exactly as pictured and gorgeous view of the ocean! The kitchen is super well stocked! The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend at the beach! The condo was just as advertised. Fully equipped and great location in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The facilities were clean and well cared for with lots of amenities for everyone to enjoy. Will be coming back again!

Weekend beach trip with the family. We had three units all together and ours had the best layout. We lived the Murphy bed. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Easy access to town and beach. .. great corner unit fantastic beach view

Great place but really needed a deep clean. Plenty of dust around baseboards. And glass aound hot tub was very dirty. Sitting in hot tub the beautiful view of ocean was distorted due to film. Also no working lights in hot tub.
