The apartment was great and only 10 minutes from our kids' house. Walking to Corina straight uphill was the workout we didn't know we needed. The parking garage was a ghost town so we didn't have to worry about parking downtown. Walked to the Spanish steps and had dinner in the iconic Temple which was so lovely . We are not used to big city homelessness however and being above bars was a new experience in noise management not only re unruly patrons but recycling of bottles and then the early morning garbage trucks... but I guess earplugs are the order of the day.

Lovely apartment. Nice to be able to just go downstairs and get dinner or a drink. Neighborhood is just too urban!

The apartment was great. Loved the size and all the lovely art. A perfect place to stay for two months. Street scene is very urban, may not be for everyone but we enjoyed it for the most part. We recommend this apartment highly.

I have rented this unit for more than two months and it has been perfect for me! Wonderfully located in the heart of the best part of downtown Tacoma. Spacious and totally up-to-date with upgraded furnishings, etc. Even a private indoor parking garage! Beyond the control of management there is frequently a lot of construction noise during the day. My only real concern is the lack of periodic cleaning during the longer term lease that I am doing. Other than that, management has been great to work with.

This is the perfect place for a short or long stay in the Tacoma area. There are a few bars and restaurants steps away, and a great parking spot in a garage on the first floor. The owner, Travis, is accommodating to all requests and needs. The place comes with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
