Professionally decorated with in ground pool. 1 1/2 blocks to the beach, boardwalk and shopping. Assigned off street parking! Unit 307

We found out a few days before we were expected that the WiFi wasn’t working. Which with 2 kids with tablets and 2 adults with iPhones, that’s a bit of a bummer. We were told it was because of a previous storm, but other tenants said the owner doesn’t have it at all. The pool access is a lie. You’re only allowed to use the pool if someone that is in the Condo Association is there/present/allows it. The condo was not cleaned before our arrival. The walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or wiped down in years. Speaking of the walls, they’re paper thin. We could hear the tenants behind us as clear as day: their dog itching and scratch to his color clinging, and every word they said. The only positives were the location and the other tenants were super nice and friendly. I wanted to love this but everything that happened just before our arrival and when we opened the door just was very disappointing. I should have been refunded the service fee when the room was never cleaned and wasn’t.

I had no internet all week, it was frustrating as I had much to accomplish on line. Also the pool was rarely open as a member of the co op needed to be on site. Every time I checked it was closed, except for the last night it said closed yet 2 young ladies were in the pool…. Not as relaxing and productive as I had hoped.

Very Clean and neat. AC cold. Great storage for my daughter and I. Wish I knew the pool was closed, but we were close to the beach so it wasn't a bid deal. Everyone was very friendly!
