Private Waterfront Balcony! Steps From the Beach, Heated Pool, with Nearby Grocery & Restaurants.

We love staying at the Palms, conveniently located next to Publix grocery store and beach access is only a block away. The condo is near several bars and restaurants, easily walkable and there is a trolley for those who don’t have a car. The Palms has a nice pool and hot tub, ample parking and a responsive maintenance staff. Highly recommend

The location and the view were perfect. The host was easily accessible. Only negative I can say is the elevator being completely down our entire trip

Lovely, clean and comfortable place to stay! This was the only condo I saw on VRBO with two twin beds in the second bedroom instead of a queen/full. It’s rare when we travel for each kid to have their own bed, so this feature sealed the deal for us! Two in the second bedroom and one on the futon in the master left the living room open for the early risers. Combine that with the full grocer next store and it was perfect for our family. From the balcony we saw dolphins, wake boarders, kayakers, paddle boarders, and amazing lightning storms. A quick hop across the street was the Gulf. We never needed a car, everything we wanted was in walking distance from the condo.

Poor layout. Sparse decor in the bedrooms, terrible linens. Dirt and dust under both beds. Stains on couch. Remote in bedroom did not connect with the TV. Bedrooms were very noisy and bright at night due to windows facing interior vestibule. Balcony and pool were nice. Next door to a grocery store which was convenient. The beach was across the street. I did not feel safe walking in the area after dark.

The unit is very nice and spacious with a full kitchen. We loved the intercoastal view off of the deck, to look at the bay and the swimming pool. The hot tub was amazing and the pool just the right temperature. This would be a very nice unit for a family, it is a great location right next-door to the Publix. Public beach across the street. Everything was pretty awesome. The only thing missing is we didn't have any lighting outside of our door upon entry at night. Great vibe and treasure Island, and all of the other beach towns along the strip. We loved it!

We have rented at The Palms for several years now. We stayed for 4 weeks and were not disappointed. The condo was clean. Furniture was outdated and the kitchen needs a few items on the shelves like a small pot. We reported an issue with the microwave and as in years past they took care of the issue in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. The view of the backwaters is great with several dolphin sightings. The beach is across the street and grocery store is next door. Thx again for a wonderful vacation!

I think this is our seventh or eighth year staying with Itrip and this year we stayed at the Palms, which was lovely. We’ve stayed here before and they’re always updating it. Working with itrip is a pleasure because they are all so helpful and if anything needs to be fixed or tweaked, Itrip is there in minutes. The palms is a beautiful place and we enjoyed staying there. Pool was great and getting lots of free tickets is always terrific. Also, we loved going for our third year on the tropical dinner cruise from John’s pass as well. I wouldn’t think about renting with anyone else, but I Trip. They are the best.

Very enjoyable stay. Quiet with nice view of canal. Property manager was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. Restaurants and beach access were all within walking distance. The condo has an amazing view from the balcony and we were able to see dolphins and sunrises every morning. The interior was clean and had everything we could possibly need including towels and chairs for the beach. The area did lose power one night and the iTrips team responded quickly to my text about it being out and when it was estimated to come back on. My only complaint would be how dark the general areas are when accessing the condo. I wish they could open it up to allow natural light so you can see better.

This condo is absolutely beautiful- clean, ocean view with a pool and hot tub, all meticulously kept. Maintenance and support was responsive and helped us get extra blankets. The beach was just across the street which was excellent as well. Our second stay here and will be coming again!
