Stayed Mar 22, 2026Excellent place for our family of 8. The condo had views for days! Was perfect for our elderly grandma that couldn't get to the beach. She still was about to enjoy the beautiful view.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we really enjoyed the location and our stay. One of the beds (box springs) had been broken by prior occupants. This was discovered late our first day so was handled the following day. Some form of an offer of financial reduction for the first night would have been nice. Other than that, it was good!

Stayed Oct 9, 2025My family, 10 of us from age 5 to 80 really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, the views are amazing, and beach access is good. The garbage disposal was inoperable when we got there but it was repaired within 24 hours. I will bring my own skillet to scramble eggs and some scissors next time.

Stayed Jul 15, 2025Loved our stay! This is our 3rd time booking with Phoenix! Great room, pool, and such a nice beach for the family! Room was just as listed and easily accommodated our large family! Indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and clean! Private beach access was nice and beach wasn’t too busy! Would 100% recommend for your next family vacation!

Stayed Feb 27, 2025The condo was beautiful and in great shape!! The facility was quiet in the off-season and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Be aware: the unit is sparsely equipped when it comes to some basic items- no hand soap, no extra trash bags, etc. Also note that they are strict in terms of no early check in being available and the checkin time is quite late.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024The condo was amazing and in great location. The trip was for bachelorette trip and was big enough for all the girls. Check in was easy and condo was very clean. Decor was very pretty. We have already been looking into stay in the condo for another trip. Would love to stay here again.
