Private rooftop 2-bedroom condo in enchanting Nashville minutes from Broadway

The condo was perfect for our stay in Nashville! One bed did have a dip in the middle. Other than that, everything was great and clean! The condo was exactly as pictured. The private balcony was nice but we didn’t get to use it much because of the rain. Host communicated very well and fast. I would recommend driving a small suv or car if you plan to stay here. The parking was very tight! There were plenty of stores and restaurants near by which was very convenient. Definitely will keep this place in mind for our next trip to Nashville.

Very convenient to downtown. We were allowed to check in early because our flight arrived early in morning. One bed sunk in the middle but overall the place was great.

Great base for exploring Nashville. Rooftop patio a nice perk. Beds a bit soft, could use a mattress upgrade, but condo otherwise well equipped.

Host was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. The property is really convenient to taking a ride share down town.

Very accessible and easy going host

The place was extremely dirty. Couch had crumbs everywhere. Bathtub would barely drain. Dishes were dirty. Air filters hadn't been changed in a long time. The beds had major dips in them. Feet were dirty after walking around the place. It had obviously not been mopped.

The location is convenient and close by broadway. The unit itself is very spacious and well laid out. Check in and out was simple and quick. Parking is a little tight if you have a large vehicle. We have a crew cab silverado 3500 and it barely fit in the small space.

Condo was so cute and had everything we needed! Really close to restaurants and grocery too so that was super convenient!

The listing is 100% accurate! The property is amazing and is the only place I will stay if I go back to Nashville. No matter what you want to do in the city you are only 10-15 minutes away.

I don’t know where to start. The host was so incredibly helpful, especially when we first got there. We didn’t know where to go or where to park, but he answered our call on the second ring. He was very prompt with any text or calls. Very accommodating and helpful. The rental itself was very pretty, and clean. I originally booked this place solely for the patio, unfortunately it stormed pretty bad so we didn’t get much time out there, but it was very nice and I look forward to coming back and spending the night lounging out there. I thought it was located in a very good area. My group and I all felt safe. I won’t be coming back to Nashville, unless I can book this place.
