I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful area not far from and easy drive to ski hill. Super friendly and helpful staff! Only negatives were the air conditioning unit that let in a significant amount of freezing cold air. We managed to block it with a blanket and extra pillows (VERY windy night 3/1/25) and couldn't find any hot pads for pulling hot tray out of toaster oven.

Reviewer Comments: This is a nice set up, nice views of the lake and close to Boyne Mountain, very clean and check in was a breeze. We were on the first floor, which is nice for skiing weekends as we didnt have to worry about the elevator or anything.
