Stayed Mar 29, 2021The property itself is just fine... plan on bringing extra of everything- paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. We even had to refill the propane tank out back. The house was poorly equipped considering we were there five full days with five people. It could use some serious deep cleaning, as well as fixing up (toilet doesn’t flush well, etc). Owner is great to deal with and responds quickly.

Stayed Mar 17, 2021It was a great location for our first time to Scottsdale. Place fit our needs. We were out most of the day. I didn't cook this trip so I can't rate what was in the kitchen. Will revisit again if we travel to Scottsdale again. Sadly the pool heater was broken at the pool closest to the condo. It was mighty chilly!!

Stayed Feb 26, 2020Pretty basic, comfortable place, it has what you need for a several day/week stay. We were able to make a full dinner with the pans provided and it was close to a large grocery store. We couldn’t get living room TV to work but we just used the bedroom tv which had roku. I would say the top things about it would be: the bed which was AMAZING, so comfortable and soft, the location as it was minutes from old town Scottsdale/downtown Scottsdale & having the pool. I do wish there had been some sort of sheet with how things work, where things are, etc so we didn’t have to keep messaging the owner but as long as he doesn’t mind all the questions! We also had a bit of a fruit fly issue while there which we realized was due to dirty dishes with food on them being left in the dishwasher unwashed from the previous stay. Overall though, nice experience!
