Private Hot Tub inside Condo, NEW Couch, Flooring, Gourmet Kitchen, Linens , etc

The condo was very nice and quiet. Easy parking right in front. A nice feature of the hot tub inside condo and updated kitchen. Had all what we needed. Labor Day weekend was extremely hot and the second floor had no relief of AC and couldn’t feel the air from ceiling fan. Suggestion of supplying a portable fan. Overall we had a nice stay. Thank you

We had a wonderful time there. It was very easy to get into the condo. the host was wonderful very informative. The place is beautiful and clean. the hot tub inside its own solarium room, clean windows, and you can see the beautiful views while sitting and relaxing. We will be staying again soon.

Barbara was extremely responsive and polite. Rooms were as clean as you can expect from snowy rentals - sometimes there’s stained carpets but that happens with snowy boots. I didn’t think it was dirty or anything. I really enjoyed the hot tub room. Again remember that hot tub rooms get hot and the outside is super cold so those two extremes cause areas to wear down faster. That said everything was operational and I loved being able to enjoy watching the snow fall while in an enclosed hot tub room. The fireplace was also awesome! Upstairs was always warmer than the bedrooms but one of the beds had an electric blanket and the other had a personal heater so we were able to sleep comfortably. The entire stay there was no snow until the last day a storm hit. I didn’t hear the morning plow coming so I had to shovel out a path but a friendly neighbor lent us a shovel. Overall I would recommend this stay and am likely going to return in the future.

Very spacious and comfy for a family of 4. Well appointed kitchen. Plenty of board games. Great information from the owner before we got there. Skiing was not great though. It was in the 60s both days we went. Slush fest. There’s a shuttle stop a block away.

We’ve stayed in many properties in the Mammoth Lakes area, but this by far is probably the best of the best. Super clean, living area was very spacious, kitchen was clean and fully stocked. (I’ve never seen a bread maker in a Mammoth rental!) The entire place was very clean, and easy to find. Parking was not a problem, but probably because they hadn’t had snow in a few weeks, much of it had melted.The icing on the cake was the hot tub on the balcony. No more having to freeze your buns walking across the parking lot to a crowded community hot tub. Like the rest of the condo, the hot tub was very clean and well-maintained.We are definitely bookmarking this place for next time. Highly recommend!

4.5 Really good stayPros: Possibly the best stocked rental in terms of soap, towels. That was really nice. Lots of parking. Really well maintained condo such as lot and walkway snow clearing. Hot tub was great! Lots of wood. Not so great: Home was frigid when we arrived, in the 40’s and it took a while to warm up from such a low temp. 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) in the hot tub would cause it to overflow, but if you remove the water, when everyone is out, the tub won’t have enough water and won’t keep the water hot. Downstairs toilet was clogged, luckily plunger the next day cleared it, but the cleaning crew clearly saw that and left it. Contacting host was good as they were responsive enough. Faucet head was not tightly screwed, and it made the under sink leak, luckily we figured it out after a bit, so didn’t have to notify host. Shower head in master downstairs is super low. 6ft tall would have to stoop to wash hair. And finally the deposit is really stressful! Took 2 weeks to get the refund! You wonder if they know about existing damaged items or do you need to inventory everything so you don’t get blamed for preexisting damage? It was fine, we got the whole amount back, but still worrying and checking daily for the refund. Overall would definitely stay again.

It was a very good location. Very close to the mountain and plenty of places to eat. It was great to have a private hot tub with a shower close by. The wood burning stove kept the place cozy warm. I would love to have the chance to stay there again!

This was our second year staying at this property. The house is always clean, offers all the amenities you could need and you can’t beat the location to all the shops and restaurants. The host was very conscientious and thorough, with detailed instructions for everything. We had a lovely vacation with plenty of snow at Mammoth!

The place was very clean and spacious. 3 full bathrooms is an amazing benefit for a small family. Good location, quick walk to the Green line to Eagle Lodge. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

This place met all of our needs during our. The beds were very comfortable the spa was nice and relaxing after a day of hiking and the location was prime for our excursions. I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The downstairs stayed cool which was nice since it was summer. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. My grandson loved the hot tub. The instructions to get in were simple.

We had the best time at this property. It's just a few minutes away from the ski resort, and many of the amenities and restaurants Mammoth Lakes offers. The wall heaters are very efficient but the wood stove really rocks, with a TON of wood supplied and ready for keeping things toasty. The in-unit hot tub is spectacular. We loved sitting in the tub and cracking the window to let some fresh air in in the evening after a long day skiing.The kitchen is well appointed and coffee, sugar, filters are provided, which is great for this coffee drinker. There were plenty of board games for entertainment and a comfy living room setup to spend time together as a family. I found both beds comfortable and well-stocked with pillows and blankets, and everything was nice and clean, without feeling dated or too lived-in. The photos were accurate and I think they depict the actual condition of the home very well.Check in was easy, with the unit accessed via lockbox. And our host Barbara and property manager Joe were both friendly and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. A great place to stay and highly recommended! In fact, we're planning to go back to Mammoth in a month and if the dates were available we were planning to book the same place again.

Stayed for one weekend, loved convenience of location, clean, and comfortable place to stay

The property is in a good location, easy access to Village and lodges, and within a few miles of all the restaurants and markets. It was clean, well maintained (only issue was a light in one of the bathrooms wasn't working and the WiFi was spotty, but not sure if that was the property or just ISP issues during our stay), the fireplace was great and kept the upstairs pretty warm and cozy. All the appliances were new and no issues. I highly recommend it.

Very nice house! We had a great stay for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The instructions were very clear and the owner was friendly and responsive. We hope to visit here again soon.

Our unit was as advertised. It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. It was situated in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything Mammoth has to offer. Above all else, our host Barbara was very responsive to all of our needs, including extending our stay be three nights.
