Unit 1105 is a two bedroom condo, providing a King in the primary bedroom, and both a queen and a twin in the secondary bedroom. Each bedroom has its own full bath. The couch pulls out to make a full-size bed with a gel mattress for more guest accommodations. The living room has a large 50 flat screen with blue-ray player and both bedrooms have 32 flat screens. Cable TV and Wi-Fi is included. A pack-n-play and a booster seat is provided for the convenience of our guests with small children. The kitchen has granite and all stainless-steel appliances. The balcony is one of the few units with the extra-large balcony area for eating at the table while overlooking the water or just for relaxing outside.

Beach chairs/umbrella set ups are NOT included with the condo rental, but we have chairs and an umbrella on our balcony for your use, just please return them so it will be ready for the next guests. There is a convenient door from the balcony right to the elevators so that you don't have to track sand through the unit. For your convenience there is bike rental right in our parking area, as well as many others available close by.

One Seagrove Place is less than two miles from the famous Seaside and Watercolor Resorts without all the traffic and crowds. You will not have to cross a street to get to the beach, you are ON THE BEACH! A short drive to Destin for fishing and outlet shopping and Panama City where the Pier Park area has movie theaters, shopping, restaurants, and putt putt. Within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in South Walton Beaches. National seashores and forests are nearby with hiking and bike trails. Bring your own bike or rent them right next door. Goatfeathers Seafood market is right next door, so you can walk to pick out your fresh seafood.

    Very clean condo, great view, had everything you needed with towels, linens, etc. Owner was very nice and communicative, clear directions for check in/out. Bathrooms were very small, water pressure was poor, no pressure at colder temperatures. Internet/tv was intermittent and spinning.

    shortage of linens, only one washcloth for the whole week for two guests. Ran out of toilet paper but called owner and she told us where and how to find more toilet paper. went out and bought washcloths for the two guests.

    The unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The building and facilities are very well maintained and clean and updated. The location is perfect. We loved the extra space on the balcony too! Would definitely stay there again!

    Love this unit. Perfect for family of 6. Stylish and comfy. Thought of everything. Super easy check out! Had one blow dryer we shared between bath rooms which is about the only thing that I can think of to improve. One Seagrove Place makes a beach vacation turnkey! Hard to leave.

    This was our third year here and we always love it! The beach view and the fact you are just steps from the beach can’t be beat. We always make this are first choice in accommodations. The host is very gracious! Well worth the money which is so reasonable. I would recommend it!!!!!

    We had a great trip! We loved The Bay and Shunk Gulley. Our host recommended both restaurants. We would also recommend Old Florida Fish House, and the food trucks were a lot of fun. We loved the pool and the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was pretty clean. This was our second trip to 30A and we really love the area! The wifi was a little inconsistent and the closet in the second bedroom was blocked by the queen bed. Thankfully the twin bed worked as a closet for the week. The location was great and we loved being on the beachside. Santa Rosa Beach is a beautiful area!

    The condo looked bigger in the pictures and it was not quite as clean as I would have liked but bedding was fine. It had a great location and the area is nice. Access to beach is good though it is located in a public area so it was crowded every day. It has an updated look and appliances were in good working order. Parking is good. We enjoyed our trip.

    The condo is great! The view is breathtaking. We loved the convenience of being beachfront. We highly recommend this place. The only issue that we had was that the beach is public so you need to get there early to set up if you want a specific spot. We didn’t use the chair service but we set up early and had no issues. Just know that the beach can get very crowded.

    Great place to stay - very convenient and you absolutely cannot get a better view! Try The Perfect Pig Restaurant within walking distance, it was 5 star for us.
