Private Beach Access w/ Beach Service! Cozy Cute Condo! Pool! Hot Tub!

We had a great time, condo was clean and close to the beach access. Outside of back building looks dated but inside is cute.kids loved everything. Beach was a huge part of our vacation.

Was pretty good time with my family I definitely will come back, confi Roma and has everything, love that the beach is just a min walk crossing the street that was awesome

The property was very clean. Walking across the street to the beach was nice.

Amazing customer support, very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very clean, super comfortable, perfect for our family. It has all of the kitchen appliances and supplies that you can think of! The welcome basket was also super nice and thoughtful! We didn’t need to run late at night when we got there to get us the basic to start our vacation (coffee, creamer, sugar, etc) Hot tub (spa) at the end of the day was a big hit too! Nice heated pool too relax! The condo is nice and people were also pretty friendly! Across the street from the beach, private entrance and beach chair service was a huge plus! Will definitely go back!!

This was the perfect weekend getaway for four people! The beach is right across the street and you can use the umbrella and chars that are set out. The host was super friendly and communicated exceptionally well. I cannot recommend this location more.

Very clean and safe environment. Management was super accommodating and communicated very well.

I was very nice and clean. Close to the beach (5 min walk) but you can’t see the beach from the balcony only trees. We spent most of the time on the beach. It’s real close to all sorts of activities and restaurants. I loved spending time on balcony. Nice kitchen will all the dishes you would need. I would come here again most definitely. I loved the communication from this property.

The room was great! So clean with little added trinkets absolutely will seek in the future

The property was very clean, the host responded to our questions quickly. The condo is very close to the beach and restaurants. We loved it!

We appreciated the thoughtful touches like having dish tabs, detergent, trash bags, etc., all with excellent communication and a clean, functional, and cheerful space! The cookware, utensils, and equipment were all in great condition and worked perfectly. The beach setups were the cherry on top! Thank you, Breathe Easy, for the easiness of renting, the cleanliness, the extra touches and thoughtfulness!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sister and I had a wonderful time with our granddaughters. Our condo was perfect for our small group. It was very clean and well maintained and furnished. We normally stay in Gulfview 1 when we don’t have grandchildren so we did miss our gulf front view and larger patio. I have to admit the price was a bit more expensive than what we normally pay but we made it work! I would like to state we weren’t very pleased with the amount of “weed” we smelled during our stay. That within itself was a turn off.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience! The only issue we had was the code to the beach did not work when we arrived very late on our first night so we couldn't do a late night walk along the beach. But I reached out in the morning and was immediately responded to and given an alternate code that did work. I would absolutely stay here again.
