The Master Bedroom is a bright and spacious haven with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door to the balcony, a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a large closet. The ensuite bathroom offers a vanity, step-in shower/tub combo, and a commode. Two guest bedrooms down the hallway provide cozy accommodations. The first guest bedroom features a two queen beds, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and closet. The second guest bedroom is perfect for fun times, with full bunk beds and a flat screen TV. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a vanity, step-in shower/tub combo, and commode. The sofa is also a hidden fold out bed slumbering in the living room. A convenient stackable washer & dryer is located in the hallway closet.

The HOA charges $20 per vehicle. A parking registration link will be sent with check-in instructions. 2 Parking passes will be provided and will be at the unit. If a parking pass is noticed to be missing by th next guest, a $10 replacement fee will be charged.
