Stayed Jan 30, 2026Overall the condo was comfortable and in a great location, off the beaten path but close to Loon mountain and restaurants. The kitchen pots, pans need to be better organized and the living room couch should be replaced. The check in and out was easy and communication with the host was smooth.

Stayed Jul 29, 2025We have stayed in Forest Ridge many times and love the space these units provide. This unit was clean and recently updated and provided all the necessities for a family stay. The only thing that wasn't clear (and wasn't a problem) is that the AC is stand alone units in two of the bedrooms which were a little loud when needed.

Stayed Oct 2, 2024Lovely house, had everything we needed. Nice to have two full baths for two adult couples. Great as home base to explore the NH trails and fall foliage. Nice restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.
