Our ideal position, only a short distance from the beach, makes it the ideal place for swimming in the pool, strolling along the shore, and having quick access to the on-site dining options. In addition, well-known sites including Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, Broadway at the Beach, and IMAX Theatre are all within a short drive of our location. Furthermore, a lot of the region's well-liked eateries, retail centers, golf courses, and attractions are only a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Ideally situated close to the airport, with quick access to Uber, taxis, and rental vehicles!

Please note that this is a privately owned condominium and not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with the same care and respect as your own home. As there is no on-site management available 24/7, please report any issues to us immediately so we can assist you promptly. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. Please be aware that the waterpark, lazy river beyond the parking deck, and the game room are not accessible during your stay, though all other resort aquatic amenities remain available for your enjoyment. All guests must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please ensure you review all house rules regarding parking, trash disposal, and balcony usage to avoid potential fines.
