Cheryl was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful beach getaway. Check-in was a breeze. 2nd bathroom was super helpful to make all of us getting ready go faster. Not having to bring our own towels and linens was a huge plus too. Washer/dryer was another big bonus, but they can only handle small loads (ex: 2 beach towels). So if you have a family that goes through a lot of laundry like ours, plan on doing several small loads versus big ones. But overall we loved every aspect of the condo. Would definitely return. Our family spent three wonderful weeks in this cozy, comfortable condo. It is our 3rd year staying here. The condo has everything we need and is very clean. We so appreciate that bed linens and towels are included, and the new beach umbrella was fantastic! Cheryl is a very responsive and helpful host. Thank you Cheryl - we will be back again!

The place was exactly as advertised! In a great, quiet, and safe location. The place was clean and well maintained. Located just minutes from the beach and within 15 minutes of town.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. Loved the local sites & seeing old friends. Would have been helpful to have handicap bar in the shower. Lovely location.

Great at Goose Rocks Beach

This is our second time staying in Cheryl’s beautiful condo and we love it! It has absolutely everything we need for our 3-week stay, and we particularly appreciate all of the linens (sheets, towels, beach towels) being included. It is immaculately clean, well equipped, has comfortable beds, and a great living area perfect for gathering with friends on a rainy day. The outdoor pool and the clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub and pool table are huge hits with our family. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Our host Cheryl was excellent with communication, from the booking forward, she made sure we had the information we needed. The unit was clean and comfortable for me and my husband and two elementary aged children. The central air conditioning works well, and the bedding and linens were comfortable, plenty of towels, and extra blankets. There were so many things to do at the complex we enjoyed basketball, tennis, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as air hocky and ping pong. There was a closet full of all the essential items for local entertainment - tennis and ping pong paddles and balls, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, and a basketball. We had ice cream from Gooserocks Creamery every night and we got a week pass for Gooserocks beach at the General Store less than a mile away. Overall a lovely stay!

This is the second year we've stayed here and, like last year, it was great! We plan on going again, soon!
