Nice clean upstairs unit. Family friendly complex!
Sleeps up to 6 putting 2 people in each of the full beds, or sleeping on the couch. Perfect for a family of four. If you have a party of 6-8 please check out the adjoining unit, Gianna's Place, they can be great to rent together. Please read guest reviews for more insight on our place. The space
Princeville Happiness is a lovely Condo with a great set up for a family, or a group of friends. The second bedroom being a semi open loft with 2 comfortable full size bed and a half bath keeps the spacious feeling. The fully equipped kitchen make it easy to cook as if you we're at home. The Master Bedroom with King bed makes for a great nights sleep. The large lanai is a great way to start the day with your morning beverage gazing at the huge beautiful mountains seen beyond the Makai Golf Course. The Sparkling Pool and Jacuzzi make for a great way to end an active day, or for relaxing the whole day away! The BBQ's are always readily filled with propane and BBQing Utensils. It is perfect for anyone who wants to experience a more local vibe & affordability while staying in the luxury destination location of Princeville. We really think you will love it here.

While at Princeville Happiness you will have full use of the sparkling pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. There is also a big lawn outside the pool where kids can play. Princeville has a community center and playground a mile from the condo. The condo has a beautiful 10x20 lanai which makes for even a more spacious feel. The view from the Lanai is gorgeous.
Princeville Happiness has a lockout to another listing called Gianna's Place. These two units are adjoining so if you have more people you could rent them both and sleep 6-8 people quite comfortably. Check it out.
Other things to note
The Sandpiper is a great place to stay, the sparkling pool and jaccuzzi are cleaned daily. There are 2 BBQ's fully equipped and ready to go, from propane to BBQ utensils. The complex is family friendly.

Please make sure all garbage is taken out daily and especially that all garbage is taken out when you leave. The tropics are wonderful but bugs can be a problem if garbage is left unattended. Thank you ahead of time for this consideration.

The unit can be a little loud because of the 2 lane road. It is also a condo so there are shared walls. If you are extremely noise sensitive this might not be the place for you. The back unit, Gianna's place is quieter but does not have the beautiful golf course and mountain views. It sleeps 2. Many people rent both units together which is awesome for parties of 4-8.

A lot of our neighbors are local residents and you will be living in a condo where families live as well as where vacationers stay. Please be aware that some of the units have children and there can be toys, camping gear and such about. You may also see porches full of shoes as it is customary not wear shoes in doors! The only other complaint I get sometimes (please read the reviews) is parking. Your unit is assigned to the 203 parking space. Please contact me if it is taken and I will contact the on site manager immediately. You are always welcome to park in any unmarked space in either of the parking lots on premise. You can only park one vehicle with the rental of this property. Mahalo
