Princeville Delight! COLD A/C, Sleeps 4, Pool & Jacuzzi, Private Lanai & Space

Exceeded expectations. We have used VRBO for 20 years, and this listing was one of my all time favourites. Our host Sandi was excellent with responses and requests. The king bed was very comfortable, air conditioning quiet, great pool & hot tub. Very clean and well stocked with beach accessories, kitchen & bathroom supplies (many towels) . We were very grateful for the full size fridge, ice and water waiting for us, coffee/filters, glass accessories, silverware, spices, paper towel, etc etc. a lot of thought went into ensuring our stay was enjoyable. All this after coming from another rental in Kapa’a that didn’t supply enough toilet paper or garbage bags, had no cooking supplies and was twice the cost. We highly recommend Sandi’s Sandpiper gem.

Everything was as presented. Great place to stay when visiting the sites of the North Shore.

Everything was in great condition! While the unit is a smallish studio, using the table and chairs on the lanai made it feel bigger. We also appreciated the induction cooktop, microwave and fridge, and plenty of kitchenware that made it easy living.

It was a great place to stay. Very clean and inviting. The only issue we had was that we could very clearly hear people upstairs walking around.

Good host. The unit is cute, but does not have a full kitchen. Made up for supplying everything we might need. It was enough for us -we spend more time outside. Available parking is not plentiful

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and resort. Condo was exactly as described. Communication from the time we booked to our checkout was very prompt. We especially liked the lenai. Our next trip to Kauai, we will stay here again.

This studio was perfect for us and well equipped. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a stay on Kaua’i. We love this neighborhood and stayed there every time. The host was great, check in easy. My husband kept commenting on how comfy the bed was. Can’t wait to stay again.

It was clean, comfortable and came with lots of amenities like boogie boards and beach chairs. We enjoyed it!

Just an overall wonderful experience!

Sandi is an excellent host! The apartment was well prepared for our arrival.  It was clean, organized, and contained everything we needed for our stay.  We most enjoyed the patio where we could sit outside for our morning coffee and evening meals.

Property was clean, well-organized and provided great amenities like coffee / beach stuff which simplified our stay! Feedback to host (minor nitpicky things): 1. Add WIFI instructions in communication / put in the room.2. Address instructions could be better streamlined and recommend finding some maps location/link which goes to the right place. (host did provide enough explanation so i could find the place)

We had a great time staying at Sandi’s spot she was extremely communicative and helpful. She really wanted to make sure we had a great experience while staying at her place! We would recommend staying with Sandi.

Just right for a place to sleep and recharge in between exploring the north shore.

This was a cute studio with easy access to get out and see Princeville and the surrounding area. Sandi was in communication with us from the start and answered any questions. Great stay!we had

Had a wonderful time at Sandi’s place. Communication was always clear and quick and we had every question answered as they came up. The space itself was perfect for my husband and I and we were able to cook most of our breakfasts in the room and utilize the grills for some dinners. It was also awesome to have essentially all the beach gear you needed available to use. Highly recommend for couples!

The condo and property have everything you need for a wonderful stay on the north shore of Kauai! Sandi was very responsive and helpful, providing tips and must-sees on Kauai. The condo was clean, very comfortable, and located just a short drive off the main road and about 10 minutes from Hanalei. There is a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and pretty much anything you'd need to comfortably have or make small meals there if you should choose. She also provides beach towels, snorkel gear, and other beach items - which was incredibly helpful to not have to pack or buy! Highly recommend this place for your stay on the north shore.

Relaxing clean, pleasant

This studio was a great home base in Princeville. We loved that the owner provided all the beach necessities. The pool and hot tub were nice. However, we spent our days at the beach. It is a downstairs rental and some movement upstair could be heard...but it wasn't bad. The owners have really thought through all the things that make their place a home away from home.

Perfect for two people! Had all of the amenities needed for a beach trip! Super clean and nice host!

Wonderful place to stay! We loved that they provided everything we needed for beach days and we didn’t have to rent things! The bed was super comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and walkable to hideaway beach (just over a mile). We also loved that we were able to cook some of our meals. Host was extremely accommodating and responsive! Would book again!
