Stayed Jul 3, 2024Upon arrival we had made arrangements to check in at the guard Gate-via Cindy for 2 properties From FMI. When we arrived, the arrangements had not been made. We had to pull out from the gate contact somebody again mind you I had my 10 month old grandson who was ready to get out of the car with me. It took another 10 or 15 minutes to get the process done Then there was no dishwasher soap to wash dishes, dirty dishes in the property. The refrigerator had not been turned on, so it took Several hours to cool it down. Several crack dishes, Silverware drawer dirty, I’m not sure with what. No linens were provided for both units for my guest to sleep on the couch which we had stated we would be needing the couches. This was the first time I have rented through Vrbo In Rocky point and will not be doing that again. I paid more money than I’ve ever paid at any property Very disappointed.
