Fantastic, ground floor end unit is the closest to the beach you can be! This condo is the best in the complex! With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with as a large extended patio, you can sit on the patio and listen to the ocean waves. Furnishings include a flat-screen TV, microfiber double lounge sofa, stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The master bedroom has a king bed, beach views, and flat-screen tv. Stayed Oct 22, 2024Odessa and her family provided a great space to spend your vacation. Being so close to the pool and beach access was a treat, but the room itself was wonderful as well. We hope to rent here again in the future!

Stayed Mar 11, 2023We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very well appointed with everything needed for cooking & a comfortable visit. Easy communication with host. The condo location is close to many activities & The Princesa is nicely cared for. The patio was our favorite. Convenient access to pool & beach with amazing views. Perfect for watching the sunset. We hope to visit again sometime.

Stayed Jul 24, 2022My friend and I had a wonderful stay at your beautiful condo. It was right on the beach, first floor access to pools, beach and resort restaurant. Very relaxing, very friendly staff and owners/guests. Will be back again.
