Stayed Oct 1, 2022The location of the property was awesome! 2nd floors, close to the beach and pool. The amenities were lacking and the beds/sofas/furniture were super uncomfortable and not very nice. The condo is advertised to fit (6) people, however, there were no linens provided for the pull out sofa (with a horrible mattress) and we didn't receive any until our LAST night there. When we checked in the front desk informed us that someone would be there between 9-11am each day to make the beds, provide new towels, and any extras like paper towels and/or toilet paper. They said that they won't touch the bed if there's stuff on it so we made sure to clear everything from the beds. The only think they did was drop paper towels and toilet paper off. We had to go to the front desk to request dishwasher tabs to run the dishwasher and you have to bring literally everything, down to salt, if you want to use the kitchen since there were pots, pans, some bowls, and a few sheet pans only in the kitchen. We go to Rocky Point at LEAST (2) times per year and this is the most uncomfortable stay we've had and cost just the same of other places we've stayed there.
