The condo is super well equipped, comfortable and located just where we want to be, on the sunny south shore, close to beaches.

The location right across from a nice beach was perfect. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. We discovered a new flower every time we came or went. We literally were only a few steps from the pool. The bed was very comfortable and had a great park view and a bit of an ocean view too. This was so much more pleasant to stay at than one of those giant hotels where it takes forever to get to your room, the beach etc. Looking forward to returning!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Relative price of accommodations can often be an indication of condition. Off site management was un responsive to issues with the smoke detector and the TVs. The pool was unavailable for two days due to maintenance issues. In all fairness: All the units are individually owned, so I'm unsure if the condition of our unit was representative of all the units in the complex.

Lovely garden view fr the living room, clean and perfect pool, great bbq area, kitchen w everything, closet of beach and pool things, most comfortable bed, park on the bedroom side is peaceful. We enjoyed having a washer/dryer. Only down side was using the TV. The instructions are poor and streaming did not work most nites. Fr other comments - a long term problem. We stayed 16 nites and truly enjoyed it.
