Stayed Jan 18, 2024My adult friend and I thought this place was perfect for our short stay. It was very close to the airport and universal. We had a wonderful trip and the host was very responsive when needed.

Stayed Dec 26, 2021While this property has great proximity to Universal Studios, making it easy for our Park days, we were overall disappointed. We never had a working TV. We contacted the manager, was told to stream our own programming, and that they would visit to check it out. Unfortunately, that never happened. Additionally, there was very little hot water. The water got warm at best and barely lasted, making it unpleasant for our family of 4. Overall, we were left with a feeling of wishing we had chosen a different place.

Stayed Dec 23, 2021Floors were sticky Mattress was poor Bedsheets had dust and small particles on it Ants on the bathroom sink! No hot water! It was lukewarm in winter :( Linen, floor mats bedsheets were poor and felt like they were not washed. Toilet bellowed every 20 minutes for no reason No toilet holder, napkin holders. Overall regretted renting this. Go to a suite hotel instead!!!

Stayed Dec 13, 2021Good property and was clean. The shower head leaked and there was a rushing water sound every so often. The host was good but didn’t give enough details beforehand, and took awhile to respond. Overall a great experience and deal!

Stayed Jul 19, 2021This property was ok. I was initially given the wrong Wi-Fi code, however Jake was helpful in providing the correct one as I was working remotely and needed a good connection to work. Facilities are old, gym was a joke. We thought it was inappropriate that Jake called and messaged multiple times asking us to head over to the Westgate resort where he works to sit in one of the presentations. Not what I was there for. On Tuesday night, I was informed that there was maintenance to be done on the building, the A/C and water to be shut off from 10 am - 3 pm on Wednesday. Since I work remote, I booked this place to have a comfortable and quiet place to work during the days. The heat index for Wed was over 100 degrees, so no A/C and water was not ideal. Jake's solution was that it's only 5 hours. I would have not booked here had I known I would have this inconvenience while working.
