Stayed Dec 16, 2025I had to cancel due to unexpected circumstances, cancelled 5 days before arrival, while Expedia did the right thing and refund what they could, the host charged me for cleaning and maintenance and taxes on a rental I did not use. I will never rent this place ever again, stay away, just a warning, the owner will take your money, even if you cancel in enough time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE BNB OWNER, BUT A THUMBS UP TO EXPEDIA FOR DOING WHAT THEY COULD TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Very disappointed in the owners treatment of a customer, don't rent this place.

Stayed Jun 18, 2026Only good qualities was the condo was pet friendly and that you could hear the Dolly train. I truly should have looked harder to find another property that was pet friendly. The property was little ran down on the outside, not a nice curb appeal. The second or third step into the property was wobbly. The A/C units upstairs were taped in place but thankfully worked. The steps are steep up to the bedrooms, the bottom steps that make the turn are easy to fall on. Yes, I fell and bruised my arm so I know that firsthand. So let’s go Inside the condo; one/two lamps didn’t work in the main living area, the walk-in shower in one bedroom ran only cold water. The water would not get warm even if you let it run for a good little bit. So a party of five with one shower was a real struggle. The commode in the master room constantly ran, it wouldn’t shut off. So the only shower was in the master bedroom which slowly drained water. So you stand in an inch or more of water while you take a shower. Plus every time you moved or rolled over in bed while you slept the bed made an awful noise. The two beds in the guest bedroom were hard as a rock and didn’t sleep comfortably. The couch downstairs was just as hard. My son tried to sleep on the couch instead of the hard mattress bed and it was just as uncomfortable. There is no regular TV service just Rukou. So overall we had a poor experience during our stay. I don’t see us returning to the property with our next visit to Peigon Forge, TN.

Stayed May 26, 2026Very comfortable condo just a few minutes away from Dollywood. The location was perfect-it was close to all the fun but tucked away so you felt like you were in a quiet spot in the mountains. The hosts were very quick to respond to all of our questions and even sent a doormat via Instacart when torrential rains waterlogged the existing mat, and we were worried about tracking mud in.

Listing also mentioned hot tub and fireplace, we couldn’t find the hot tub and our unit had a decorative nonfunctional fireplace. Nice place, great view, clean, but disappointed mostly with the fireplace. Again view was great! …

Stayed Feb 28, 2026Everything that was stated at the time of booking was provided and the communication with the owner was amazing. No matter what time or day no question left unanswered and any dmall issues resolved in a very fast manner. The place was beautiful placed with a gorgeous view and a clean place. It felt like a second home and we would recommend everyone this place as it has everything you need and more. Pet friendly and quiet close to town and all 3 major locations in the area are in reach in just minutes. Kitchen had everything and more qhat you need and made you feel like home. We will be back for sure.

Stayed Dec 26, 2025The place was older than it appeared In the pictures where you book. The mattress made a lot of noise when you slept on them guessing due to a plastic covering on them. In the one bedroom with two beds there was no hot water in the shower it stayed cool downstairs but was warm at night upstairs.

Stayed Dec 5, 2025One day before arrival I received a message from the host requesting a selfie and a selfie with my drivers license in order to receive check in information. I’ve never had to do this for a vrbo stay before, but I obliged anyway. After doing so, I never received check in information. After we began our three hour trip to the area, I messaged the host asking for check in information several times during the drive but never heard back until we were ten minutes away. During that time, I tried to call a number provided by vrbo and there was no answer. Vrbo’s customer support was also unhelpful. All messages I received from the host from this point seemed to be automated messages. Essentially, I felt ghosted by the host. The actual home was fine- plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, etc. The location was great for getting to things inPigeon Forge. However, I would not use this host again due to their extremely poor communication skills.

Stayed May 2, 2025This property was the perfect home base for our family while we were in town for a dance competition. Clean, close to everything, and plenty of room! Communication with the property manager was quick! We would definitely consider this property again in the future.
