This condo is located just across the street from the beach. It is an easy stroll to the village area where there are many restaurants to choose from. There are also charming shops, the pier for watching the dolphins or just strolling. The Neptune pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and is an easy walk right by the Lighthouse.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Everything about this property was perfect! It was immaculate, beautifully decorated with every detail considered! This vacation home is also in the perfect location for visiting the beach and Pier Village. We were a bike ride or short walk from almost everything.

Stayed May 30, 2025So cute and well furnished! We stayed here with my two kids and my mom, who has some accessibility limitations and this place was perfect for everyone in our group. The bunk beds were so great for the kids and the ground level access was great for my moms walker/cane. It’s walking distance to all the best spots on the island. The furniture was all in great condition and the kitchen was well appointed. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Stayed Mar 14, 2024My 3 friends and I stayed at Melanie’s place and had the best time. The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable with everything you need. She even had beach chairs and an umbrella that you could take on your 2 minute walk to the beach across the street! It is in the best location - the beach, pier, lighthouse, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. I will definitely book this place again when I’m back in St Simon’s!

Stayed Mar 17, 2024Same as 1st- outstanding property. Clean, modern, convenient. Perfect gathering spot for family in the area. Close to shops and dining, across the street from the beach. Off the main roads. Owner very responsive and friendly. Only negative is no grill. Hope to make this an annual tradition!

All of us agreed this is our favorite stay and we’ve all also agreed to come back! Steps from the beach, and pier village. Wonderfully decorated and perfectly appointed for all of your needs.
