The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable.

Communication was very good. Location was optimal. Cleanliness was a problem but Mike rectified the situation.

Place was within walking distance to anything you need. Great place, clean and comfortable. Loved all the natural light!

Location great, but quite noisy at night (To be expected in downtown). Afternoon sun somewhat of a problem. Host was accessible. Parking was close and affordable. Would stay again.

Cute little condo within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, theaters, stores. The one issue we had is that the shower is quite small for people who may be heavy or tall.Make sure you take sleep masks and ear plugs, too. The lights from neighboring buildings is bright at night and there's a good bit of noise all night. Overall, it's a great location and worth the few inconveniences.

This place is perfectly located for concerts and sporting events in downtown Minneapolis. Also, there are some amazing pubs within a short walk. Although the street noise can be a bit loud when you’re trying to sleep, it’s nothing some white noise can’t fix. A great choice!

Stayed here for a week with work. Very convenient location. We (one single adult bedroom and one bedroom with a couple and a dog) loved the open lighting and ease of getting to and from places. We felt that the apartment was a little dusty, with simple amenities considering the cost of the stay. Overall, we enjoyed the space and our interactions with the host enough that we would consider staying again.

Great stay , perfect downtown location. Walking distance from everywhere

The location of the property was great and we could walk to anywhere downtown. Parking was convenient across the street. The unit was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the views and the hustle and bustle of the theatre district. It was however very loud, as we could hear absolutely everything going on outside. It was as if the windows were open, which made sleeping difficult. There is no washer/dryer in the apartment itself which wasn't really an issue because of the length of our stay. There may be access to laundry but it was not clear where that was if needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Birdhouse. .

great location. Walked to everything. Close to theater district.

We wanted a place in Minneapolis near the light rail, sporting events, concerts, and shopping and with more personality than high rise hotels. This property meets all those criteria. It comfortably slept my spouse and I and two children. The bedding was warm and comfortable and there was bedside lights for reading. The kitchen is large with table for 4, bathroom has a stand up shower with plenty of towels. The living room has large couch, two comfortable chairs and has amazing street views and natural light. All rooms get natural light and are decorated with personal touch. Kids also loved TV with access to Netflix (etc) and WiFi works well. Hosts were helpful and friendly. They left small packet that shows history of building and location.

The property was fine. Clean, well stocked. There was a VRBO related problem with getting the check in info, and the manager/owner was extremely helpful and responsive to solve the problem. Location was great, noise level (which the owner can't control) was a bit of an issue. Overall, really solid for the price.

The property was very spacious, and the location was right downtown. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in town.

The bird’s nest was great. Perfect location, walking distance to many attractions. Host put the perfect icing on the cake for our anniversary stay that was very thoughtful! I would gladly stay again!!

Great location right downtown. Took us about 5 minutes to walk to a Twins game. Property is spacious with nice kitchen and living room area. Excellent communication from host and we very-much appreciated the crayons/coloring book left for our four-year-old. Overall great experience!
