Stayed Dec 8, 2025Location was perfect for access to the LA convention center which is what we needed. However, there are some big deficiencies that have been reported to the Manager. This home is not equipped at the moment to cater to a group larger than 4 people as there's insufficient flatware and cutlery, no saucepans, limited glassware, bathroom needs more attention when cleaning. We were told dishtowels aren't supplied, The home accommodates up to 14 people, yet the coffee maker was tiny and only served 3 people. There was no kettle and as there were no saucepans, we ended up boiling water in a frying pan. There's definitely attention to detail needed and a proper stock taking required to accommodate larger groups. It was great for our 5 people to have individual bedrooms but sub-standard in other ways.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025We stayed at this property for nine nights and paid over 5,200, expecting a high level of comfort and service. While the home itself is visually appealing and well located, there were several challenges during our stay that others may want to consider:One of the five bedrooms listed is actually an open loft space with no door. This detail wasn’t disclosed in the listing and impacted privacy and noise control.The home lacked basic supplies for an extended stay—there were no extra towels, blankets, linens, or kitchen items like trash bags, dishwasher pods, or laundry detergent.We experienced repeated nighttime disturbances from neighboring units. Quiet hours were not posted in the house or listing, and this led to multiple nights of disrupted sleep.When I contacted the host about some of these issues (such as needing a blanket), the resolution took over 24 hours and required several follow-ups.After the stay, I reached out multiple times to share feedback and request a partial refund due to the issues noted above, but received no response.While the property has potential, communication and preparation did not meet expectations for the price point. I hope this review helps future travelers make an informed decision.

Stayed Apr 30, 2025My coworkers and I were sent from Sacramento to LA to help with the sports playoffs of both teams down there. Our stay was 15 minutes from our job and had a great view. The inside was very modern and cutesy. I recommend this for people with no disabilities just because of the stairs but we were all happy!
