Stayed Apr 20, 2022My family had a wonderful time at Bonnet. This Presidential 2 bedroom suite was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we needed. We spent most our time at pools and loved the convenience of the restaurants on site. Just an all around great experience!! We will be back next year!!

Stayed Apr 27, 2021I love this property. The owner was five ⭐️. I’m not certain whether they know how dated this particular building is. I had to cover the furniture with clean sheets. It disgusts me when units have prior guests hair still on furniture and in showers. The water pressure was very low. I spoke with management and they said this building was scheduled to be redone at some point in the future. It’s on Disney property but below what I know Disney standards are. Again, I don’t fault the owner, it’s a Wyndham issue.

Stayed Nov 3, 2019The owner we rented from us very professional and we would rent from her again! The presidential condo is large and is a great layout. Families should consider staying here to have access to a kitchen and save money by cooking. The pools and grounds are clean, and we enjoyed the location. The cleaning and maintenance staff were great. The meals at the sushi bar were the best we had the entire vacation (we ate there twice) and the frozen drink at one of the outside restaurants was also better than what we had at Disney properties. There’s so much to do here, I wish we had planned a down day. We did not need the parking pass at all for my parent’s car and by getting it, I got roped into attending a presentation. My husband told me to call and cancel and I was put on hold over 5 min so I hung up. They called the next morning and I rescheduled for 10:30, then another person called again the day after to reschedule, and they didn’t know I had spoken with someone. They told me 1030 wasn’t a real time (?) so it had to be 11 but they couldn’t offer me a late checkout as I had to call late in the day and ask. They said to tell them it’s because we were attending a presentation. I called and told them and they said they could not give me one. So we checked out today, had them hold our bags, and we went there at 10:30 and told them we were there. We sat in the lobby per their instructions, and at 11 someone finally greeted us and asked us where our name tags were (huh? No one offered any to us?). She came back at 11:05 and told us we didn’t need name tags, we told them they were late, and she responded quite unapologetically that it’s a queue and our guy isn’t finished with his last tour. Hubby decided that wasn’t our problem, so we gave them 5 more minutes then left. We just figured that if we were treated so passively and in an unorganized fashion when they wanted our money it would only get worse once they sold us. I would stay here again and rent from Cathy any time because she was very professional, but stay away from the timeshare to ensure that it remains a wonderful experience!
