Thoughtfully designed for long, relaxing stays. Choose from a 3-seater sofa, loveseat or comfortable XL chair. 55 LED Smart TV (2026), complete with 200+ Dish TV channels and DVR. Experience indoor/outdoor ocean breezes; just open the patio slider door.

DINING ROOM:
Spacious dining table with seating for four with two additional folding chairs to accommodate six.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped kitchen is ready for your extended stay with updated appliances including a Keurig coffee machine.

BEDROOMS:
The Main Bedroom features a new King mattress (2026), a private ensuite bathroom, spacious walk-in closet with built-in drawers, and a 39'' Smart TV.
The Guest Bedroom includes a Queen bed with a newer mattress and closet with built-in drawers.

PARKING:
1 reserved parking spot and 1 Visitor pass in our underground parking garage (with elevator). Two EV charging stations in vistors parking area. You need to be a short term visitor to utilize visitor parking.

    Absolutely perfect location. Extremely comfortable accommodations. 5 min. from the pier 10 min. Walk to town.

    we enjoyed the stay went to fast this year, only one recommendation, I know ieverything cost money at some point change out the master shower door to a slider moving to the left and installing heaver glass.

    Out the front door and cross the strand and you are on the beach! Easy walk to the pier, lots of restaurants, and the Thursday Farmer's Market and Sunset Market. Lots to do, the Surfer Museum and their special Vietnam War/China Beach exhibit definitely worth a visit. The Unit is well equipped with plenty of beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs, a fully equipped kitchen and Dish TV with Tennis Channel! Washer and dryer are full-size and the coffee maker is a Keurig. Two secure designated parking places underground, and some visitor spaces with coded access for daytime visitors.

    We enjoyed the month of May in this quiet complex. The parking garage was convenient and secure, two spots. The neighbors were very nice and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and pier. Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. Beds were comfy too. Great location for morning walks along the strand or into town for coffee or a meal. The grounds are well maintained. Tim, property manager was friendly and easy to work with. My husband and I hope to return sometime and would recommend.

    Great location! Only a few yards from the strand, beach and Pacific Ocean. The condo is set back from from the strand, first floor and steps from two heated Jacuzzi. Accommodations are updated and the place looks even better than the pictures. Furniture and linens all appear brand new. There's gated underground parking with elevators. Love the location - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Close to pier and harbor. If you like being near the action is this is the place for you. We certainly enjoyed our stay and I hope to convince my husband to book for next year. Property manager personable and professional.

    The condo is beautifully decorated with two bathrooms/two baths, HD flat screen TVs in both family room and master, the wifi was strong - I like to stay connected. It also has a pull out sofa for guests, we didn't use it. Place would work well for children or families with elderly members as there is an elevator direct from the car to the condo front door. The unit itself is extremely convenient, all on one floor and in an excellent location, right on The Strand. The beds are comfortable and all bedding, towels, etc. appears to be brand new. From the living room, dining room and patio you can see the breakers from the front windows you can check out the tides, surfers, paddle boarders and sunset. It is about 100 yards from the pier. There are two heated jacuzzis are a great place to soak after a swim or a bike ride. The condo complex is a short walk downtown Oceanside or the harbor so many choices of restaurants, bars and shopping. The property Manager is quite friendly. We'll be back for sure!
