PREMIUM Beach Front One Bedroom at Phoenix V

It’s a great location. Waiting for elevators was a pain. We waited at least 10 minutes each time going down. Cable in room doesn’t work but they had smart tvs. Best water pressure I’ve ever had on a trip. You’re close to everything in OBA. Beach is great, splash pad is perfect for my one year old. It’s a good vacation spot.

Such a beautifully decorated condo. The condo was very clean as well as the entire facility. The check in and out was an easy process. November is our favorite time of year to visit our Alabama beaches and we will definitely stay here again.

The property was not very clean. Built up dust, leftover food on the floor. It's not the worst I've seen but it should've been better.

The perfect place to stay, especially if you have kids. They loved the splash pad! The condo had everything we needed, it was clean and everything was great!

I brought my 2 boys and Mom for a 4 dayBeach vacation. We enjoyed the condo. It was the perfect size for the four of us. We had everything we needed. It was a wonderful trip.

My wife and I had a great, kid-free getaway to Orange Beach. The condo perfectly met our needs. You can tell the kitchen and furniture have been updated and well kept, however the shower needs a deep clean or updating.

The location of this condo is ideal. Opening the balcony doors and hearing the waves is one of the best features.

It is quiet and the location was great. Easy access to many good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved all the amenities of this building, view of the Gulf, and the comfortable feel of the unit. Made use of the great seafood restaurants. Kitchen was well supplied to also do our own cooking. Cooler than normal temps did not keep us from doing the things we planned to do. Lots of activities in the area. Will plan to return again.

My husband and I had an amazing time on our quick little getaway. The condo was great! Very nicely decorated, kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, and bed was very comfortable. We hope to stay here again!

This is the third time renting this same unit at the Phoenix V. Great location, amenities and the host is so amazing. The unit is very clean and has everything included to make our stay enjoyable. This last stay, we left several articles of clothing behind and upon contacting the host, the unit was checked and our items found. They quickly sent them back to us and we gladly paid the shipping fees. Will definitely book again!

Clean, great location, easy to work with. Definitely had enough stuff in the condo for us to use to cook with. Not the property manager fault but the facility could use some help with the elevators. And the pool would need to be cleaned more throughout the day. There was a lot of hair in the pool.

The condo was very nice and just as expected from the description. We had everything we needed and it was very cute & clean. Our 12 year old son slept on the pull out sofa and said it was very comfortable. The only (small) complaint is more with the building itself and the elevator system. For the huge complex, the elevator are Located in only one spot, the lobby area, and they are very slow, especially and check-in and check-out times when people need to get their loading carts in there. We waited almost 20 minutes with a long line behind us on floor 5 just to try to catch an elevator. Also, would have been nice if there was more than one person at check in when we needed to pay for our parking pass and get wrist bands. The weekends at check-in times are very busy and we he line was long and slow with one person behind the desk. But unit 514 itself was great with beautiful views of the cream! The children enjoyed the pool and that it stayed open till 11 so they could swim late! So other than the slow elevator issue, we had a wonderful stay.

Loved the area, most of all communication with the staff was very professional and friendly. Only problem I had the house keeper didn’t sweep under the bed it was full of dust also found a child swim bottom under the bed. and adult sock under the night stand. Other that it was a good place to stay.

I rented this condo to take my daughter and a friend in a senior trip. Perfect spot for the 3 of us. Clean and well maintained. Owner was easy to communicate with. Good location.
