PREMIUM Beach Front 3 Bedroom Condo at Phoenix VII!!

The host was very easy to communicate with. Easy access to the pool and beach. Close to restaurants, especially ones on the Bay Area. We recommend Cobalts! The condo was much larger than we anticipated. The only issue were the beds. The master bed and the twin beds were extremely loud. You could barely move or get up without it being disturbing. It also would’ve been nice to have a few more child accommodations like a small step stool for the sink and a highchair. There were plenty of sand toys and we added a couple of boogie boards to the stash. The elevators were close by and quick for the most part. Parking was easy and plentiful. Overall a great stay!

The views were consistently exceptional throughout the day, regardless of weather conditions. The balcony offered a breathtaking panorama. The condominium precisely matched the description provided in the advertisement, featuring impeccable cleanliness, fully equipped restrooms, and accessible cooking facilities. The check-in and check-out processes were executed flawlessly. We extend our gratitude to Madison for facilitating a remarkable inaugural beach experience for our family, and we eagerly anticipate our return in 2027.

Very comfortable unit with amazing views!!

The beach view was WOW from the minute we walked in. The condo was the perfect size for our group, and nicely appointed. The proximity to the beautiful beach was incredible. The outdoor pool was lovely. The beds could use some upgrading. The hot tubs were all too hot to use, and we were told they couldn’t be adjusted.It was a fun stay!

The overall stay was great, the cleanliness of the property could be better. The cleanliness seemed more surfaced than actually a deep clean being done after each guest.

Beautiful view of the ocean! Plenty of room for us. One concern I had was the cleanliness…. Dust bunnies and nuk from previous guest under bed. Mast bathroom small. Overall though appreciate you sharing your space.

This condo was great! It was clean, the host was super responsive when needed, quiet, quick elevators, and great location. My only complaint was that the hot water in the showers ran out FAST. We were lucky to have 12 straight minutes of hot water before it got cold. We aren’t long shower takers, so it was okay. We enjoyed our trip, either way!

Very clean. The beach view was great. The owner was very prompt and easy to contact. There was a slight issue with the door code which was fixed immediately. It was a great experience.

It was decorated nice. Beautiful view. I have to be honest, but the floors were really dirty. All the beds, especially the master were uncomfortable, the mattress on the master bed was larger than the box spring. Probably should replace the dryer. We did otherwise enjoyed our visit. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions.

The condo was beautifully decorated! Master bedroom was so nice with access to the balcony with spectacular views. The kitchen was well stocked. My grandbabies loved the pool, and our teenagers liked having their own space to hangout. Everyone enjoyed the beach! Our host was quick to respond to our questions prior to the trip. The condo was very clean. We would definitely recommend staying here.

My family and I have stayed at Phoenix properties for years, and this is by far the cleanest, most updated property we have stayed at. We absolutely loved it! Book with confidence!

The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Easy access to the beach and the elevators were super fast! Only hiccup was that we didn’t receive the email for check in but I called the owner and she answered and immediately sent it to me. It was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! Location is fantastic. Our family loved the indoor and outdoor pools plus an easy walk to the beach. Unit was just as listed, very beautiful. Only negative comment is about cleaning lady is a little over punctual. Rang the bell twice earlier in the morning on leave day then stood outside and waited for us to leave. She was polite and told us we were fine, but made an awkwardleav

The condo and entire resort was fantastic. Renting process was easy and the room was amazing! Clean, well maintained and spacious with an amazing view! All new appliances and quality furniture. All beds and sofa bed slept great! Plenty of space and furniture for big family. Lots of amenities with sauna, indoor and out door pool and multiple hot tubs and even multiple elevators and they move quick so you are not waiting long. This was the best condo stay we have ever had!

We enjoyed our time at this condo. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything was as described, clean and in good working order. We loved the closet with beach chairs/umbrellas, that was a nice surprise. The only area where I could see room for improvement was in the bathrooms. They were not as nice as the rest of the condo - they were dated (but clean). Thanks for a fantastic week in the sun!

My family and I had an incredible stay at this beachfront condo! The views were stunning. Absolutely nothing beats waking up to the sound of the ocean and stepping out onto the balcony to take in the scenery. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants, grocery and convenience stores just a short walk or drive away. The condo itself was fully stocked with everything we needed, and it was clean upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation.

This place was amazing. We had to book the night due to certain circumstances and the owner got us through the process quickly and we were set. The place is beautiful and lavishly equipped with almost everything you need. The view is gorgeous. My friends and I had such a wonderful time and the owner and everyone at the location were so accommodating. I hope to be able to come back soon.
