Stayed Apr 5, 2026We love this unit as you can see the ocean from every room. So even when it is storming and you can't go out you can enjoy the ocean. This is a family owned property managed by the owner. So what is stocked has varied from stay to stay. This is NOT a problem for us as we expect it and just purchase what we need. It is carpeted unlike the other units that have ceramic flooring. Carpeting makes the unit quieter and safer for my 96 yr old mother who has fallen on the ceramic flooring units. The downside of carpet is you have to more careful with sand. This is our preferred unit for our family.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024This was our second time staying in this perfect beach getaway condo, and we loved it! My teen boys were in the ocean everyday and loved using the beach toys, and the parents appreciated the beach chairs! Everything was clean and we were able to watch a rocket launch from the balcony! Family memories made here, thank you!

Stayed Aug 7, 2024This is the perfect location and views of the beach!!!! The condo was clean and well maintained. The property manager was also very attentive when we had an a/c issue and got it resolved quickly. We absolutely LOVED our stay and will be back in the future.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Great views of the beach, ocean, pier and pool. One of the biggest 3-bedroom beach condos I’ve stayed in. Close to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. Host was very responsive. Definitely would stay there again.

Stayed Mar 29, 2024Great view from balcony. Close to pier, restaurants and grocery store. Condo is stocked with everything you will need to enjoy the beach and pool. We have been here before and planning on coming back again.
