Stayed Dec 29, 2024This was our second time staying in this perfect beach getaway condo, and we loved it! My teen boys were in the ocean everyday and loved using the beach toys, and the parents appreciated the beach chairs! Everything was clean and we were able to watch a rocket launch from the balcony! Stayed Aug 7, 2024This is the perfect location and views of the beach!!!! The condo was clean and well maintained. The property manager was also very attentive when we had an a/c issue and got it resolved quickly. We absolutely LOVED our stay and will be back in the future.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Great views of the beach, ocean, pier and pool. One of the biggest 3-bedroom beach condos I’ve stayed in. Close to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. Host was very responsive. Definitely would stay there again.

Stayed Mar 29, 2024Great view from balcony. Close to pier, restaurants and grocery store. Condo is stocked with everything you will need to enjoy the beach and pool. We have been here before and planning on coming back again.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024We have been staying at CBT 50 for several years and have enjoyed all of our stays. It has new furniture this year which was a nice addition It has been especially nice as we can run to the beach or pool and then back to the unit off and on all day. We had a teen this year and could let him run to the beach (not ocean) on his own and we could still keep an eye on him Jeff is very responsive we appreciate him and this unit
