Premier beachfront resort located in the heart of Diamond Beach

Beautiful grounds, very clean, comfortable, nicely furnished condo. Though the beach and ocean weren't visible directly from the unit (toward the back of the complex), it was 5-10min walk to the beach with a walkway over the sand about halfway down to the water, which makes the walking easier. Beach bar and coffee shop nearby. Great communication from the host, who was helpful and responsive to questions. Pools on the property are a great option.

Very, very notably clean and new property. That’s was 1/3 selling points as I have mild related illness and there was, for once & refreshingly, none which is difficult on a beach residence to achieve. New helps. Generally a luxury property. More a gated community than a resort. Unfortunately, it rained all weekend. Other main point was the dry sauna specifically. There is also a steam room. However, both times I went there. It was turned off early first a half hour early then over an hour and 15 minutes early. I’ve specifically picked this property so I could do a mold detox protocol as for my doctor which involves dry heat, saunas, and the fact that it was shut off early on both days really put a damper in my time spent here. I have two children and didn’t have the entire day at my disposal given the fact that they couldn’t even be at the beach in pool all the time. The indoor pool was a lifesaver. No kids below 16 allowed in hot tubs last issue, & one that to me personally really caused an issues was the bathtub drain didn’t close all the way & the water stays warm a super short duration. Maybe okay for a single male or couple were One showers in the morning and one in the evening. Because of medical conditions I was unable to bathe more then once in a cold bath. Also, no owner requires you to bring your own sheets, but does provide towels blankets and the pillows without the pillowcases. Overall a cleanliness no steam room sauna or tub.

Beautiful place and resort on the beach. Danielle was very responsive and informative and made the check in and check out quick and easy. Would stay here again.

Great stay

This unit's furniture, appliances and bathrooms were all really nice and very good quality! There were ample drawers in the main bedroom and good closet space which was great because the den with the twin beds doesn't have a closet. The ceiling fans were great too since the ceilings are high and it kept the AC circulating. The unit is steps away from the Center Court pool which is very popular and great for families, but also right next to the park/tennis and the indoor pool at IBIS. The beach was about a 3-4 min walk for us but it's a very easy nice flat walk compared to Maine or Cape Cod beaches! We really loved the vacation! Our host was very helpful and all communication was very timely and responsive!

Everything was really good. Place was just as we expected. Danielle was super nice and had great communication when needed. The water heather was turned off which I am so grateful we noticed on Friday night. If we didn't notice that until Saturday, we would have been in trouble because we had a Cheer competition all day and would not have been able to shower. Thankfully, it all worked out and we had the time to let it heat overnight. We all had wished we packed slippers. The tile floors were very cold since it was winter. Even with the heat on, floors were freezing. Danille was nice enough to let us stay late on Sunday too. I would definitely rent here again and bring slippers LOL.

We had a very nice weekend. Everything was as described.

Everything was well thought out. Communication was tremendous with Michael . There was a short walk to the beach, we felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. We were disappointed that the pool next to our complex was closed for the season but there were 2 other beautiful pools on property. We were thrilled at the beauty of the grounds and were happy with all aspects of this vacation !
