And it was great for our kids who loved the pools and beach. Oceanside is so clean compared to other SoCal beach towns we have visited which was a very nice surprise. We felt very safe in this area. Lots of good food options too! We will definitely be renting here again this summer.

This condo was a perfect location to everything, the pool/Hot tub, gym, laundry room off-site, all the amenities. Located right on the main (beach) street called, The Strand. Walking distance to the marina that has restaurants/ice cream parlor, A whale watching experience right there in the marina, along with Tony’s bar & grill, a local favorite. The best local fish and chips restaurant called Harbor Fish N’ Chips, there at the marina along with the best thrifty’s ice cream/candy shop for some dessert afterwards to walk the marina. Head south down The Strand, where you will find other beach stores/restaurants/bike rentals/snack shacks, other main attractions, such as, The Pier where Ruby’s restaurant was sadly burned down, “Top Gun” movie house, 5 star steakhouse 333restaurant, walking distance to a passenger train depot (AmTrak), also, well known resorts in the area. Every Tuesday is the local light up bike parade there on The Strand and every Thursday there is a street fair with delicious tri-tip street tacos/philly steak subs with seasoned fries and the best of the best variety of desserts to enjoy afterwards like, donuts, cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, cookies, and ice cream from all locals.The condo has an ocean view with just steps away from the beach, scenic. Beautiful grounds with landscaping making you feel as if you’re in Hawaii, a tropical paradise. Best sunsets over the ocean to watch every evening. Watching surfers ride the waves. Very relaxing experience!

Our stay was absolutely fabulous thank you so much for making this happen. It was our first trip for our first grandson. He had an amazing time. I really wish we had an umbrella for out on the patio, but it still was an amazing time. I will most definitely book another reservation in two weeks thank you again.

Enjoyed being so close to the beach. Fun facility and the room was fully equipped. Thank you for making this a seamless vacation trip.

We LOVE this property due to the cleanliness, quick access to the beach, and stunning property grounds including 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, mini golf, and more. It’s a great place for families to get away and have a resort style feel on a budget price.

Property was very nice and right on the beach. The room had a cooler, beach chairs, and some beach toys and balls. There is no ac, so open windows were needed. Street/beach noise was noticeable with open windows. Vertical blinds did not block the early morning light. No tissues or napkins which seems odd with the price point. Overall a very nice family friendly place to stay. Grocery and restaurants within walking distance.

My only con was that it would still be pretty busy or loud throughout the night. From people walking by or people hanging out by the beach bathrooms. Other than that we can’t complain.

Everything was good and all the necessary things were in the house and it was very clean. The only problem was that it was near the public toilet

But it can get loud as cars go down the Strand and people gather on the beach.

The place was right across from the beach which was nice but between you and the beach is the strand and,at least on the weekend, cars blast their radios and rev their engines going by well into the night. The place itself was nice and clean but smelled of bug killer when we first entre red but we didn’t see any bugs.

It was an amazing location, literally across the street from the beach. Unit was clean, well decorated, and plenty of space for our family. Nice underground parking no stairs to get to unit. Excellent amenities on the grounds, walking distance to pier and harbor.

Sitting on the porch with the view of the ocean was my favorite.The condo was very clean, and we had everything that we could need for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. I would however recommend that a Queen bed be put in the second bedroom instead of a double bed. We had four adults and the double bed was a little small.Overall I highly recommend this little cottage!!!

Great location! Oceanfront! Great sunsets, people watching, surfers and dolphins! The management company was very responsive. The coffeemaker didn’t work and they had a new one there in a couple hours. We had a couple bugs in one room but we are on the beach. The also had bug spray. Complex felt safe and security was always around. Great walking spot to the pier.
