Precious Memories | Indoor & Outdoor Pools!

Very nice, clean, spacious condo. Resort has lovely facilities. In a good location at the end of the seawall, away from more crowded areas of the island.

This condo was perfect for us! Everything was so clean, and the bedding was really comfortable. LOTS of towels in the bathrooms. There were SOME kitchen essentials but guests should plan on making a grocery run depending on their length of stay and needs. It was great to have basics like dishwasher tabs, clothing detergent, paper towels, coffee filters, soap and shampoo. My only 'complaint' was some trouble with the tv in the master bedroom but it was intermittent - maybe it was the cable service or even user error. It was nice to have a few sand toys and boogie boards on the porch for our use at the beach. The view was fantastic - We can see the ocean and the pool . I thought the it was really quiet too. with the patio door closed, we did not hear guests at the pool. Check in and Check out is pretty easy, and Staff are really customer oriented and helpful. I hope we can vacation here again -The pool, hot tubs, lazy river, beach, game room, play room, gym and comfortable condo made this vacation one of our best

PROS view, pools, high ceilings, river, staffCONS common inside areas hot, EXTR high beds, . flat pillows, outdated decor. Shortly after check in, water coming out of the ceiling on to the tile. Made floor slippery. We were told twice that someone would be coming to repair the leak. NO ONE CALLED US TO FOLLOW UP, BRING TOWELS OR COME TO REPAIR ANYTHING!!! Sent pics to the rep of the problems. A representative instructed us to use the bath towels to soak up the water, ensuring someone would bring us more. Didn’t happen. I expressed the urgency of the repair to both reps I spoke to. Our special needs son has balance issues. He is autistic and has a traumatic brain injury. Couldn’t use one of the bathrooms due to having to walk around the trash cans, which were needed to collect water. We couldn’t close the bathroom door because of the trash cans needing to be in the wayWe chose these condos for the pools, gameroom and gym for our adult special needs son. He was looking forward to this vacation and being able to do things inside. H e can’t regulate his temperature due to head injury. We were very disappointed about the heat of the building. AFTER we checked out, I received a text saying they were going to follow up with operations team regarding the water issue. I personally deal with the public, so I know there are MANY people who just want to complain. We are not those kind of people.

The individual condo was very nice and well maintained. The shared areas of the whole condo complex was very nice and included a large swim pool, lazy river with floats, hot tub, and cooking grills. It had great views from the balcony. We were able to use and enjoy most of the amenities. One of the key rules which we agreed with was no glass in any of the common areas. See note below on condo specific supplies. The individual condo is managed by a property company which required a few more steps to confirm the reservation and they were not that helpful during our stay.We would stay at the condo again if we travel back. But we would be better prepared with necessary supplies that are not in the condo. These supplies include:Plastic or Styrofoam glasses to take drinks in the common area. Condo only included glasses made of glass. Beach towels. Condo management company only supplied one bath towel per person and when we requested additional towels, the property mgmt company indicated that they would not supply more and only suggested we clean and dry existing towels if we were to use at pool, hot tub, shower, etc.

This is a great property to stay with good ocean views!

Our towels were in the washing machine and had not been laundered. The unit didn't supply laundry detergent so I went to the front desk for assistance thinking they would be kind enough to supply a Tide pod. I was immediately met with all problems in the unit should be addressed with the host. This was our third year to stay at this property; we were very disappointed with the level of service this year.

We had a great time. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds(except the fold out). Beautiful view. Patio door hard to open.

Very nice and comfortable property. Beautiful view of ocean and pool. It would be nice to have a few things like salt, pepper, coffee, sugar in the unit, but if you want these, make sure to bring your own. Coffee down at front desk is nice. No restaurant, bar and spa were not open on property so again byo. Otherwise, very clean, nice staff. Nice workout facility for sure!! Pool very clean, a bit cold this time of year, but well kept.

Nice condo with great view. Good location. Water front but no beach. We ate out every meal, but not many condiments except salt and pepper. Only 2 plates so if cooking meals bring everything.

Beautiful property. Our only complaint was they were stingy with towels and bath mats
