Great place, very clean and nice. Amazing view!

This condo was perfect for my family. When it comes to vacations I am very picky about where we stay and this condo met all of my expectations. Clean, beds were comfortable, pools were nice, walk to the beach wasn’t bad. The price we paid is reasonable for what we got. We would definitely stay here again.- Katie

We LOVED our stay here!The kitchen had everything you could need, the dining table was large, the living room furniture was extremely comfortable. The primary suite bed was also very comfortable, and the water pressure in both bathrooms was excellent. The balcony furniture was great to be able to sit and enjoy the ocean views! And having a washer/dryer was incredible. The walk to the beach was quick, and all the pools were beautiful.Some helpful things to note: - The primary bedroom drapes block out the majority of the light, considering the unit faces east. We slept just fine and did not need to use our eye masks. However the 2nd bedroom was very bright; the drapes and blind covering the balcony door don't block out much sunlight. This might not be an issue for you, but if you have sensitive sleepers in your party I think it's helpful to know. We brought a blackout tent and pack&play for our toddler and that was the perfect setup for us.- The wagon supplied was awesome for lugging all your gear down to the beach (as were the coolers, chairs, and umbrella!). However, the chairs supplied aren't beach chairs, they were camping chairs. This, again, was not a problem as they were very comfortable, but if you want to recline and tan you may want your own chairs. The wagon is also not a beach wagon, it's a sports wagon. Still amazing to have, but not easy to pull through sand!Overall I HIGHLY recommend this place, and I sincerely hope we can return in the future!

Seamless check in. Unit was spotless and well equipped. We enjoyed that there was a private pool for each tower in addition to the large pool.

This is our second time staying in this unit. We love it. Beautiful views of the gulf and the sound.

If you want to have a perfect place to stay… this is it. Great unit, superior amenities, private, quiet and clean. We hope to stay longer next time so I don’t want to over sell this. You won’t be disappointed! Tina was on top of all communications.

We had a great stay. Condo is wonderful and has a great view. Very clean and beautiful view!Only improvements would be adding moretowels/washcloths in the bathrooms and maybe update the couch to something more comfortable.

Very clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds were great. Loved the master shower. Living room furniture is worn out. Grounds are beautiful could use more directional signage. We will return.

Great condo with views of the gulf, bay, and beachfront

Very well kept and clean unit in tower 5. Has great views of the gulf side and sunrises from the balcony. Tina was very responsive to any concerns we had no matter how small. Kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed. Even left beach umbrellas, chairs and wagon for use. We used the tower pool in the evening and main pool during the day when we didnt feel like enjoying the beaches. Definitely recommended this rental to our friends and family when they visit pensacola.

Well. I don’t want to write a review because we want this place for ourselves! It seemed like more than what I wanted to pay and I am always skeptical of the online photos. My wife picked it out so that’s the safe way to go. She was FULLY PLEASED. And so was I it was better than I could have imagined. This is the perfect spot. The condo was fully stocked with everything and everything was in perfect condition. Our favorite beach was Opal. My wife is planning a return trip for next year and we are seriously considering relocating to the area. Oh yeah, we saw some nice tropical fish and a sea turtle while in the water. My wife saw a larger fish and was convinced it was some sort of shark but I am doubtful. So glad we came!

Perfect condo. You don’t have to leave the property. They have so many food and restaurant options.

Property is beautiful and well kept. Fit the description online perfectly. We had so much fun at the beach, which was very clean and well kept. The pools are excellent because you have the choice between the main floor, which is a little more lively and has food and drink service and each tower has their own pool as well, which are a little closer and less crowded. Check in/out process was easy and smooth. The condo is gorgeous and very well stocked with everything we needed. Our condo was in tower 5, which is a short walk to the beach with convenient walkways to the pool/beach. Wonderful vacation for our family and friends!

Beautiful resort! Safe, easy check in and out, clean and spacious condo…lots to do on the property! The owner checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything else! We will definitely be back!

The property was perfect for my small family and a few friends. We had a great view of the gulf as we drank coffee in the balcony every morning or ate dinner from inside. The grill outside was very convenient also. The condo was well stocked with things that we needed, they even provided beach chairs and toys for the kids. It was beautifully decorated, no clutter at all. Portofino resort had a lot of great amenities. The kids enjoyed the beach, pool and jet skiing in the sound side. Tina was very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. She would arrange for maintenance to come when needed. We were very comfortable and happy with this choice. We will come back again.

We enjoyed our stay. Big change from our Smoky Mountain cabin. The view was great, condo was very welcoming. It was nice having everything for the beach. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen accessories, waking up to the view we had was awesome, sitting outside and watching the dolphins passing by as they feed. Hope to come back and be able to stay here again. I missed my Yorkie baby Thanks again Carol June

This was our second year staying at this property in Pensacola Beach. Tina keeps the property clean and has great communication. Great views of the ocean.

The space and location were wonderful! Views were spectacular and amenities were fantastic! Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were serene and relaxing. Highly recommend and already planning a return visit next year.

Perfect spot for a family!

The condo was great for myself, my wife, and my 1 yr old son. We very much enjoyed out stay.

Our stay here was perfect! Beautiful views, close to the beach and the kids loved the pools and hot tubs at the lifestyle center. Our kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The layout was perfect for the 2 kids to have their own little wing. We would definitely come back! Thank you for a cozy space for our Spring Break!

This is by far one of the cleanest homes we have rented and everything is as it looks. The homeowner was super helpful from start to finish, and easy to reach. I loved the fact that the kitchen had some cabinets with nothing in them so we could store our own pantry items and not have everything on the counters. Very well stocked kitchen!

The property is perfectly located and the check in took less than 10 minutes. The property has security 24/7 and the property staff were all friendly and eager to help.The condo was very clean and all the appliances and utilities worked seamlessly.Parking is secure and adjacent to condo facility.The view from the condo balcony is breathtaking.Walking opportunities are abundant with nice asphalt walking paths for miles adjacent to property. The property has superb pools, spas, and food options. We will definitely return to this condo and property.

This unit in tower 5 has a great view of the Gulf and was well prepared for guests. We've stayed in other units missing basics like salt & pepper, dishwasher soap, trash bags and other items but this unit was well stocked. Also, very comfortable furniture! We will try to get this unit on our next stay.

We have usually stayed right by P'Cola beach. Never going back there again. The Portofino is away from it all but close enough to be convenient. There is a bike path that takes you along the national seashore. The grounds of the Portofino are beautifully maintained. There is not a shortage of things to do at this resort or you can do as little as you would like to do. This particular condo was perfectly cleaned and the decor is beautiful and up to date. The owner was great with making sure we were all checked in and had everything that we needed. We are going back this spring because we liked it so much. You will not be disappointed.

The condo was beautiful and has gorgeous views. The owner has everything you could need for the beach, but make sure to bring your own beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need The host was fantastic to work with, we had a small issue come up and she got it resolved immediately. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our stay was amazing!! The condo is exactly like it was shown in the photos and described.! Well supplied and equipped!! The master bed could use a refresh , but the condo and resort has everything you need for a fantastic getaway! 10Star
