Porch & Community Perks: Walkable Lewes Condo

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! Very clean and welcoming. Loved that there are restaurants within a 2 min walk. Highly recommend staying here!!

Overall good experience, the property is just as described. We really love this neighborhood, it's amenities and proximity to downtown Lewes as well as the outlets, Cape Henlopen. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the floors as that had been mentioned in a couple of reviews. I was relieved that the floors were clean, however, they had been washed but not rinsed, and there was a very strong bleach cleaner smell in the condo. Floors were a bit sticky, so we wiped them with a wet cloth. Also, upon returning to the condo after dinner there was a very strong cigarette/marijuana smoke smell in the condo. Guessing this was coming from the unit upstairs. This might not bother everyone, but I am very sensitive to odors. The smell dissipated on the 2nd day. Overall the condo is very nice, comfortable and had everything we needed.

The location for this property was excellent, just off the main highway. It was a short drive to Lewes (a charming town) and the beaches. The kitchen and baths were well stocked. However, this property needs some upgrades for comfort, especially the living room and dining room furniture. The chairs were not comfortable and the sofa seating was just adequate, again not comfortable and relaxing. The floors were clean but sticky. The host was very responsive and walked me thru the arrival check in.

Have staid at 5 points before and love this condo and the area is so close to everything, nice pool for the whole family of all ages to enjoy. When we went to blow up the full size mattress provided by the owners it had a lot of holes in the bottom when we turned it over. So I went the next day to purchase another one, other than that snafu it was a very clean and nice place to stay and everything was provided for you. Would definitely stay here again

This place was excellent! Did not have cooking bowls or equipment! If you make dinner, lunches from scratch don’t stay here or bring them with you! Over all excellent

The location of this place was the best part about it. We were within walking distance to a few restaurants and a grocery store, and it had access to two pools, a playground, and walking trails. The porch was noisy because of the large trucks on road (I think its next to a quarry), but it wasn't horrible. But we were a short drive to both Lewes and the Rehoboth boardwalk, so the five points community was an excellent location.The house itself served its purpose. We didn't spend much time inside so it was fine for us, but if we planed on cooking every night or spending a lot of time inside it would have been frustrating. The table/chairs were uneven which was dangerous for the age group of my family. The floors were really dirty and would turn our feet black and there was no mop for me to clean them myself. But the two bed/two bath, kitchen and washer/dryer was perfect for our needs. The host was REALLY responsive and super nice.

Place was very clean.. decor could use updating. Very dreary not a beach vibe at all. Musty smell coming from spare room as soon as you walk in. Window was left unlocked and cracked open when we arrived. Location was wonderful and communication with owner was excellent.

They canceled my reservation at the last minute and I had to find another place to stay. I was already there

Condo is as described, close to all shipping you can walk to Weis market a short drive to beach. Place is very comfortably and I had no issies and a nice break

Property was as advertised. Ease of booking, checking in and out. Clear communication. Unit was clean and ready for us to enjoy. Close to all the activities we had planned and very safe neighborhood.

Long weekend for some fun and sun near Rehoboth and Lewes. So convenient to route 1 with easy on and off. First floor location with lots of parking and proximity to Weis so nice. Pools are lovely and all is so well maintained. Second stay here and always happy.

Amenities made the price worth it!

The condo was great! We loved having access to the pool and being able to walk easily to restaurants and the grocery store.

It may seem inconsequential but the tv was less than ideal. Unable to access any national channels. Directions unclear. It was a very basic unit.

Great location for Lewes related activities. Two great pools. Very close to a large grocery store, and there are a few restaurants located within the community that are well worth a visit. Tons of parking. The unit itself was large and I liked the way it was laid out. I will definitely return to this unit again if available.

Everything was just as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I had a great time on our girls trip to Lewes this year. The property was clean and conveniently located. The property had everything we needed.
