Stayed Nov 1, 2024Stayed for the month of November 2024. A little dated, but well equipped and everything worked. Property manager handled any issue promptly and effectively. Excellent location, close to nature reserve and about an hour walk to downtown Palm Springs. Excellent pool and hot tub area.quiet and private

Stayed Nov 1, 2023This was our first “snowbird” experiment - a winter long-stay in Palm Springs. We feel that we made a great choice with this unit. Though the decor is a bit dated, it’s spacious and extremely well-equipped. The gated development is quiet, with a choice of pools. The former Mesquite Golf Course, now being re-wilder as the Prescott Preserve is just across the road for easy strolls.

Stayed Nov 15, 2021Location of the property was good. The condo was comfortable and easy to maintain. The kitchen was functional with more than adequate dishes, pots and pans etc. The patio had great morning, early afternoon light and shade for the heat of the day. Garth was very responsive to any needs we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our two months!

Stayed Jan 31, 2021I stayed here for the month of February 2021 and was very happy. It's quiet (no one above or below you), spacious, conveniently located near good walking areas. Groceries, restaurants, and such are a mile away, so good walking distance for me, or for others easy to drive to. I highly recommend.
