• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present for the stay.

    Very welcoming host. Property is currently under construction from the hurricane but they did their best to accommodate us in every way. Allowed us in for early check in and were able to get laundry done before we hit the beach!

    My boyfriend and I booked #10 for 4 days, the location was perfect for beach access and evening entertainment. When booking this we didn’t realize how small the space actually was, it’s super cute, just make sure you really like the person you’re sharing the space with! I would recommend that ownership look into upgrading the A/C units, every night our room couldn’t get below 74°. It would also be nice to have access to more than 2 beach towels, when individuals go on vacation, doing laundry isn’t the task we want to be stuck with. Overall this place is super cute, well priced, and we’ll be sure to book again!!

    This was perfect for me and my mom. The place was well kept, room was clean and cool, pool was beautiful, weather was perfect. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

    Air condition remote did not work. Shower Handle was broken and never fixed after we called. Light switch was broken in the kitchen. Bed made all noise all night and left with a bad back.

    We have stayed here on 2 different occasions bc of the location. The room itself was great, property is nice and clean. We were on the first floor, and the people above us were so loud every single night from 11pm-330am. on the third day, I let the front desk know of the issue..at this point, I wanted to leave and go to a hotel. She told me she could not refund me and she would take care of the noise. That night nothing changed, we had to take benedryl to attempt to sleep through it. Of course the next morning the office seemed to be closed all day. So while the room and property are great, it is very hard to get solutions for a noise issue. Not really the owner's fault. But I will not stay here again unless it is on the top floor.
