Poolside Paradise - Gulf Place Caribbean

Everything about this rental property was exactly what we expected. Very comfortable stay, except for the cooler weather. The heated pool and whirlpool were great.

“Poolside Paradise” condo is a wonderful place to stay. It has a good location in Blue Mountain Beach. It is clean, it is safe, it is comfortable, and the heated pool in January was the icing on the cake. The pool is also right outside the back door, which was so convenient. The owners are amazing. The check-in was flawless, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on in my life! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing week. We will be back!

Condo was amazing, clean, inviting and right next to the pool and beach

This condo has all you need for a great beach vacay. Steps from the pool and a very short walk to the beach. What more could you ask for? We would def stay again! Oh, the neighborhood area is really cool too. The only items that could possibly make it better would be some better rugs to help with sand but they do have a broom to help sweep up all the sand. You can wash off 100 times with the hose but somehow the kids and items still bring sand back. But, that's the beach for you.

My family and I ( wife and 3 kids)stayed for the week at the end of May 2025. This was our 2nd time staying here and again it did not disappoint. The beach access is very close (property has plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use) and the pool area is fantastic. My son and i played pickleball several mornings before going to the beach. The owners again were very responsive with questions leading up to the trip. Can't say enough positive things about it.

This condo is well kept, clean and has all the things you need for a trip to the beach!

This was our third time at this property - we love it here! Steps from the pool and hot tub and the beach is across the street. Laura is a fantastic host!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was exceptionally clean and well-appointed, making it feel like home. The host was very responsive, quickly resolving any minor issues to my satisfaction.The Gulf Place amenities were excellent—especially the nice size heated pool and hot tub at the Caribbean, perfect after a day of cycling and walking. The nearby heated community pool was beautiful and spacious and just a short walk or drive away, with on-site bathrooms with a changing area. A small natural forest area between the parking lot and community pool was a peaceful retreat, with shuffleboard and bag toss.The first-floor location made parking easy, just steps from the unit. A bedroom window overlooks the lot, adding a sense of security in this already safe area. The layout was convenient, with a bathroom accessible from both the bedroom and hallway. The full-size washer and dryer were a great perk.The kitchen was well-stocked, and the living room was comfortable with a large TV. Gulf Place offers great dining and drinks with walking distanceThe Timpoochee Trail runs in front of the unit, making cycling a great way to explore 30A. Beach access is unbeatable—just across 30A! The unit even provides beach chairs.We highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying again!

It was just what we needed. Across the street from the beach. Comfortable beds and cold a/c.

We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Place Caribbean. The location is just perfect. It is just a short walk to the beach. The water is crystal clear and the sand is soft and white. A true paradise. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the pool and hot tub are just steps away. We will definitely return.

The place was perfect, neat and clean. With only a couple of steps out to the pool made it above average. The manager was very proactive. We would definitely go back.
