Stayed Nov 5, 2023We loved our recent stay at Marilyn's condo. This place is situated in quiet North Palm Springs in a gated community near the visitor center and tram and just a short drive to downtown. It is just an hour or so from Joshua Tree National Park and even closer to Morongo Canyon and Desert Hot Springs. Marilyn has done a fantastic job of decorating with 50's retro colors and art. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is comfy, and the pool and spa are just a few steps away. Marilyn is a great communicator and an attentive host. We hope to stay here again!!

Stayed Oct 5, 2023Overall a very good experience at this unit. Everything worked as it should, the unit was clean and unit was just a few steps to a beautiful gated pool which we used numerous times. We never did figure out how to use the common area washers and dryers. You can only access using an app, whichever never seemed to work. The only other downside, there really is no usable patio. The one pictured is primarily for show, it is very tiny and zero privacy. Nonetheless we did enjoy our stay here. Many thanks Marilyn.

Stayed Jan 30, 2023We were so pleased with Marilyn and she was such a good communicator and helped make our trip stress free. This is one of the nicer condos we have been in at Palm Springs. It was fully stocked with essentials to make this place our home for a month. The place was very clean and all updated furnishings and decorations. The pool was also very clean and the grounds well kept. We are looking forward to come again in 2024.
