Poolside 2nd Floor 2b 2b - Surf Song #225

The condo was dated but clean which is most important. Loved the location and the beach! Love Madeira beach! The weather was cold but we made the best of it I can’t wait to go back

Reviewer Comments: Love the location, unfortunately my unit the owner just seems not to keep up the inside, out dated, furniture is old , dirty and worn out no support left in the cushions. The mattress needs to be replaced and the carpet is horrible. And I do believe that the pool gate should have a key code on it to stop beach people from coming in and using it as their own as a bathroom and bath themselves I myself have had some very rude people yelling at me and using foul language which I think could have been avoided if they just couldn't open the gate to get into the pool area they would have to hop the fence.

Also, a plug in for Lisa's Cafe - AMAZING service, food, and prices. You must go see her and the restaurant.

Describing this as a Large Updated Unit is misleading. The security lights were right outside the bedroom window -- to room was never really dark. The condo was noisy -- I am guessing the constant humming and buzzing was from the A/C units on the roof. The living room furniture could use an update -- it was not comfortable to sit on. On the positive side we loved the easy access to the beach and the view of the beach from right outside of our room. Being directly across the street from John's Pass is a real plus for us. In 2022 we stayed in Condo 223 which we would consider renting again.
